Enable Text outlined with a color

It could be cool to have a text outlined directly from the text editor with a color🙂

you can already do this in a way by using the Ring Shadow option.

An outline/stroke font would be great but might be complicated due to how PTE converts fonts so they can be played on other computers without the same font. If you really need crisp outline font without animation then a high resolution PNG image is another option.
