  2. I hadn't looked at this error again, but it keeps appearing when creating a style in version 12. When applied, it adds 2 seconds to the time. I don't know if it's just me or if other people are experiencing it. creating style: applying style:

  4. Hello, We're currently working on one more major feature for V12 and hope to include it in the final release. Thanks for your patience! Igor,

  7. Thank you to ' AleAle 5025 for allowing the use of the template. I have given credit in the final slide so hope I have observed the proper protocols.
  8. Interesting, I have not had that problem even though I use Chrome.

  10. This week's looping music track might sound really nice in an open-world game, a puzzle game (or something I haven't thought of.) "OVER ANCIENT WATERS" (Looping) You can listen to it here: https://soundimage.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Over-Ancient-Waters_Looping.ogg I originally intended it for drone videos, but I think it could work really well in games, too. You can freely download it here: https://soundimage.org/aerial-drone/ NEED SOME ORIGINAL MUSIC FOR YOUR GAME OR PROJECT? Feel free to contact me...I'd love to help out! 11. Nice work with good choice of music and PIP effects. Well done.
  12. Thank you so much for sharing this project, it is greatly appreciated. Generally, for mobile images, I use a free Android application that uses AI to create shows and then edit/adjust them. I had been trying to create a template for my Windows PC. I find it easier to use "hands on" rather than using tutorials. Using an existing project and editing it, I find that process more useful. After downloading this folder, I used this project and changed the size and orientation to make 2 AV's. This one uses images from a mobile phone. This one uses the amera format/orientation. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge and skills. I have a few other ideas for editing the project I will look at. Mark
  13. If that's the case, the problem arises when creating the new transition. I apologize for not explaining it better; Google translations sometimes lead to different interpretations.
  14. You're right, thanks. When creating a new transition, its duration is fixed at 2 seconds, and only a portion of the video is displayed (for your video, that's 2 seconds out of 10 seconds). After the user applies a custom transition, all objects are automatically scaled (including the video speed) to match the user-selected duration. This will also ensure the display of animations and video objects is not disrupted. We'll try to add a new parameter to the custom transition editing window: transition duration.
  15. Wanderlust, It wasn't difficult to do. By the way, the width of the vignette is also adjustable. I wish you success in your creative work.
  16. Hey mate, that does exactly what I want. I cannot thank you enough for what you have done.
  17. Gunterus, Go to YouTube and try to download the Project. I've fixed the Link. Best Alex55
  18. Hi Peter. I made a style similar to yours, but not exactly like the original. This is the simplest version with straight corners of the vignette. There is a style file and a project file in the project folder. I have included the project file in case you want to modify the design according to your preferences. The style name is random, but its animation resembles a similar preset with alternating images in After Effects. Photos in the style are cropped with a 16x9 aspect ratio. Keep this in mind when using photos with other sizes, or disable the "Crop" feature in the project and save the style with a different name. 19. Hi BD and many thanks for that response. Very much appreciated. I was kind of hoping someone had already done this sort of project as I wanted to incorporate it in a current project. Nonetheless, it can wait until I get my foggy old brain into attempting it. Might take me a few more hours than you suggest, but will certainly get the brain cracking. Nothing quite like a challenge to crank up the sleeping grey matter. 😃 Again my many thanks Peter
  20. This style can be recreated in PTE, but… First, for a full recreation, this program doesn't have a vignette with rounded corners — only straight lines — and such corners can be achieved by using a mask with rounded corners, meaning there will be a frame with a mask and an image with a mask. Second, the photo fade-in and fade-out effect is created by layer opacity — so on a straight vignette this will be easy, while on a rounded one you'll need to apply opacity to all the other layers. But! It can be recreated. Straight frames can be done in half an hour to an hour, and with masks — in a couple of hours. The key is to calculate the slide timing correctly: here the photo appearance lasts about 0.4 seconds, and the style duration is about 42 seconds. What remains is to position the keyframes correctly.
  21. Yes, it's true, I'm blind, I haven't seen it, even though it's first on the list, I was surprised not to have that option.

  24. I'm sending you a transition for you to try editing. The two masks it contains exceed the time limit. The question is, how can I fix this so that the masks finish playing? https://transfer.it/t/CeXF1dkHBDRb
  25. Hi, when you're in “timeline” mode, is there an option to mute the audio track, or one of the audio files on the timeline? If not, it would be great to add this option. Thank you.
  26. Yes, if the goal is to create a 9-second transition, when creating the transition, you should be able to edit the timings to ensure the transition has the necessary seconds to function correctly, preventing it from ending up with only 2 seconds.
  27. About 6 years ago, I was still using ProShow Producer (before I found PTE) and made a video using a multiple photo selection (see attached video) but can't remember the name of the style and I certainly don't want to reinvent the wheel so to speak in doing it from scratch. I have searched high and low for something similar but not having any luck. Would anybody here be able to PLEASE point me in the right direction to obtaining something like it? 28. I think I'm confused Am I correct in understanding that you need to change the duration for editing and preview in the new custom transition editor? I just want to remind you that in any case, the end user will see your transition with the duration set in Project Options (Slide Options). Typically, this is 2 seconds. Of course, user can change this duration. If you want a fixed transition duration (9s, for example), it's better to include the transition in the slide style.
