    Add second, third  images? O & A is here! And I use it to make AV. I think not a good idea, but I prefer, like other NLE,  a new feature  as layer/s (tracks) as Photosop/Gimp/Photopea...

    NB. Strange because in PTE is possible make a multiple-layers for music/effect, but not  a "multi-tracks" for photo & videos as, for example, Wings Platinum or M. Object

    Test Beta 3 Pte

    In Pte 10 Beta 3  not 9 (Help online, my case Italian, isn't uplodated to new Pte 10 and not images in new dark interface)

     

    Mono “rail” because again Pte not have (see Wings/M.object) more track video + images. Problema already  previous Pte (in my test as 9.0- 8.0.-7.5…): possible mix at same time only  in O&A that again  I tested an video at x point/timeline add still image after: first Opacity 0 and 100% as any video editor transition movie + still photo

    Start screen Picture Version 9…not 10

    Screen Project…not file found

    Mono "rail" track video/images as Proshow, not multitrack (image/video) as Wings Platinum or M.object

    Preistoric Font option: not size point

    No view (during editig) in O&A time line as Proshow effect before (1 image) and next (2 image) effect trasform (named Third “phantom” image in Analogic Era with Kodak Carousel projector) or/as any video editing pre-roll and post final effect 

    CTRL + B in/out O&A perfect

    Editing image/s external editor, in my case, Pshop, work fine

    Ps. A tried Beta 3 Pte 10 without stability problem on Win 8.1 Pro/64 not Card acceleration and only 2 GB Ram on board.
    Pss.  Not optimitatation images and video for test example, but no problem output in Avi HD and Mp4
     and Exe  for Windows 8.1

    A decent film nothing more: Pte (Platinum Wings M.object and other) is d-i-f-f-e-r-e-n-t ecosystem for "slides" but in "movement". Still images with pan zoom fade etc. D-i-f-f-e-r-e-n-t  of a movie or television. Slideshow, in other hand, as a  Classic Chamber Music, different other  musical "gender". Final Cut, for example, for movimaker. Pte and similar, again, for photographers. D-i-f-f-e-r-e-n-t way for show. D-i-f-f-e-r-e-n-t emotion because the "still" image from eye arrive at soul directly as an Espresso d-i-f-f-e-r-e-n-t  other beverage named "coffee". D-i-f-f-e-r-e-n-t  the word around the World of homologated people. Homologated emotion. Homologated life: life? Good one, eh!

  23. Maximum Number of Images

    I think the new born photographers not understand (deliberate they do not understand?) big difference from “movie” or "brodcast television" and a “slideshow" is it a stellar difference. Why? Simply because the human psicology of attention is different, again, of a movie or streaming in 24/25 fps more or less. Slideshow ( never Power-Point or Keynote ) built of strategy of total emotion on “fix” image, in dissolvence fade in-fade out (phantom named third image). Images fix and fit-in consciuse and in-consciuse.
    In other hand the power, impossible for movie and television, of slide show is it innate "fascinazione"  (The medium is the message,  McLuhan) and with a great track soud is impossible, again, for other media. Remember i-m-p-o-s-s-i-b-l-e. Only  "static photos" make a miracle like a Genesis. And time of show as international rule for projection is max 15'. After this time "fall" attention of spectators. PTE Exe (Platium Wings, M.objects and other) is not Final Cut Premiere or Da Vinci and more. 
    Cinema oops slideshow? Like an Italian caffé or pure Rite (PTE Exe) and water with drops of caffeine...american coffee (FINAL CUT AND ETC). Taste? No, essence of life with allure.


    Ps. For a “slideshow” as a episode in movie/television scrren script is NECESSARY a storyboard (I wrote in the past to Staff Pte for a "report" project as Excell images-text-sounds-effetcs-time or exactly a french old program avec allure to make a storyboard/screen play for a big show). Only this step is itpossible a  "godibile" show.

    Pss. Here a slideshow (court métrage?) with less than ten images/  shoot; in the case patience if write italian because I make it for to     denounce a case of Mafia in Heritage italian  (in Italy exists not only Colosseum...)

    Good view point Lin. But I remember, more or less, when in New York the Advertising iPhone 6 was on wall, perfect for capturing attention any person. Dpi or resolution full frame or Hasselblad file 200  400 800 Megapixel or NASA computers farm? No, absolutly because the phisiology human eye at long distance not distinguish MTF lines as a god lens. Human eye is different, for this reason ins't necessary bilion of pixel for a great poster (comunication an emotion). My case I make a "tiny" wall poster adversiting large mt 6 x 3 from a Camedia file Olympus Point&Shoot: wow! Digital is different, too.
    Again "resolution"?  Other case: my printed art from service in Milan Italy on Hahnemühle Photo Rag cm 30 x40,  classic format for gallery in Anaolgic Era. Wow! Bingo! Perfect for wall exposition: but pay attention at distance and not nose on photo!
    Finaly an description (for a magazine) how to I explain to make a still life at hause with only window light soft: Epson 850Z of 2.1 milion pixel printed in A4 vertical at 220 Dpi offset. Bingo!
    In other hand more pixel is a Propaganda of Major brand(y)...
    "Whats the use of having a great depth of field if there is not an adequate depth of feeling?” Change depth in megapixel-resolution and quote of Great Eugene Smith, remains same Immortal. My personal point of view in half century experienced, from Analogic to Digital Era.
