  1. ocal-header-sRGB.png

    Here is a nice website.

There are thousands of cliparts (png format) with transparent bakground that can be freely used.

The quality is medium but you can find very nice and usefull cliparts if you make a good search.

Most of them are really small though.

If you know other websites like this one but with bigger files, please let me know. :)

  2. The easiest way, I think is to have all objects level 1 at the same size with option "fit to screen" (or else) and all others objects level 2, 3 and so one "original" (and pixel).

When rectangle will be good (in the #2 they are one pixel smaller that the numbers write in the PTE file) and if Igor permit us to choice the size of the rectangle (we can change its sizes in the PTE file) it will be very easy to use this rule.

    JPD,

I'm afraid I don't understand your answer.

Why would you put others objects level 2, 3 and so one "original" (and pixel). Why wouldn't you choose the "fit to screen" (=fit to slide) option for each object, whatever their level are to keep the ratio all the time ?

And I don't understand the link of this rule with the use of rectangle.

Sorry, may be i'm a little bit slow tonight, i had a hard day at work.

  3. Thanks, Igor, but I think we'll have to try to do the lightest slideshows as possible in order evrybody can see them.

I think you're defintely right JPD.

It's something we really have to keep in mind.

Note, I am doing a slideshow with pictures of 1920 x 1080 px size and it work fine on my PC, and there are some views were there are more than 40 objects with 8 keypoints for each objects, so it must be possible to do the same puzzle with 30 pieces which work on my PC.

Woowww !!! Do you plan to share it with us JPD ?

Because it sounds very interesting to watch such a piece of work... :)

  4. Good idea the Babelfish Translator and very nice of you Ken.

(I think I'm gonna use it because sometimes it's really hard for me to explain some ideas in english and I got completely lost on the aspect ratio messages :P. So thanks)

I think I got the point now.

But unfortunately for morasoft, I don't have a clue. :(

    Sorry.

  5. but when I saw the beta result.....I was very, very disappointed. :(:( ...

    Hi Verhoef,

Just to satisfy my (/our) curiosity and may be to help Wnsoft to improve their software (those people have prooved that they are definitely listening to their users), could you tell us why you are so disappointed ?

    Thanks.

  6. Yes, actually it was the "30 pieces puzzle" project that I wanted.

Thanks anyway to both of you.

I generated a new exe with your project but I had the same result (very bad framerate).

At least, in my case and for my configuration, it shows that the compilation on a computer or on another doesn't have any effect on the final result.

    In a way, it's a good news. :P

  7. WnSoft:

    - New graphical engine written together with Aleksey Yelin and me. He also created new system of objects, and all transition effects for old and new versions of PicturesToExe. And we always discuss together all question and problems.

    - Pavel Koshkin developed system libraries for PicturesToExe v5.00 and WinNavigator v2.00 Thanks to his help, EXE file with slide-show still very small (about 150 KB at this moment). He works on WinNavigator v2.00

    - Sergey Malyshev wrote code for music player for PicturesToExe (with my help), AVI video output. Also he fully created PixBuilder Studio. Now he's working on our new sub-project for PicturesToExe.

    - Dima Boarintsev wrote some code for "Create backup in ZIP" (ZIP packin and unpacking)

He fully working on our another future project - WinNavigator v2.00

    - Sergey Kiprov is fully working on WinNavigator v2.00

    - Alena Tomilova reads and responses on emails from support@wnsoft.com address. She leaves for me only the difficult letters.

    - Pavel Malyshev is our new web master and designer.

    - Artem is our new programer. Sorry, I forgot his surname.

He will help with Curling of page effect and re-work "old" effects from v4.48 to second CPU based graphical engine for v5.00

    - My work - 70% for programming and 30% for the forum and emails.

I was wondering : do you guys make it for a living or is it "just" a hobby of passionate people ?

    Thanks.

  8. Hello!

I don´t very much english, but I hope somebody understand me.

how I can do so that the program works in first plane in the desktop?

    On other applications.

    Thanks

Do you mean "be always on top" ?

If it can help, I think nobody will mind if you post only one message in your own language.

And I'm sure somebody who understand it will help you.

    Where are you from ?

  9. Alliegad,

once you have changed time display to 10 sec for the selected slides, what is displayed when you re-enter the pop-up of those slides (in the "main" tab, timing fields) ?

Anyway, the way you do it should work.

If you want, you can post your project.

I'm gonna have a look at it, try to do it for you and find out what might be wrong with your manipulations...

It's the best I can do for you. :)

  10. Objects can't be continued to other slide(s). Only on their parent slide.

I'll fix problem that object outside timeline can be rotated/resized, but can't be moved in beta #2

Igor, sorry to bother you with that but, if objects can't be continued to other slide(s), I don't understand what is the purpose of those outside keypoints right now...

or is it to anticipate on a future version where objects will be on independant tracks and not related to any father slide (like in Premiere by example) ? :)

  11. Again many thanks for all your help and I will let you know how I make out.

    Aguzman, no problem, my pleasure.

And yes, please, let us know what you did. Thanks. :)

Ron, if I understand correctly, you can't download the sound files on your HD.

Did you try "right click" and then "save the target as..." ?

  12. I've noticed another small problem with this example. When I enter a value of "1000" in the "Keypoint Time" box for the second keypoint of the first subordinate rectangle, to move it's position along the timeline, and then press "undo", the time reverts to "100" instead of "0".

I noticed it too. It seems that each figure entered counts for a "do", even if it's for the same fields.

And it's the same process if you delete a number digit by digit and want it back.

  13. I don't know exactly if it's what you are looking for but I made especially for you an audio extract from the "Troy" teaser and loop it five times.

    Here it is.

If you like it, you can download the single boom here and duplicate in an audio editor as many times as you wish depending on your needs.

Or you can download other teasers and find the appropriate sound and make the same process.

  14. Hi,

I made some new tests about the keypoints outside the slide timeline.

And it didn't do what I expected.

At least I could not make what i wanted to do.

    What I made is :

    project with two slides

No transition effect (and time = 0) beetween my two slides.

    On the first slide :

    - simple pan from left to right for a rectangle

    - I added a second keypoint at the end of the timeline and affected pan to the rectangle

    - I moved the second keypoint on the right of the current slide timeline (= outside the current slide timeline).

What I was waiting for is :

to see the object continuing his motion on the next (=second) slide.

but it doesn't work. No rectangle on the second slide.

I also noticed that you can NOT pan the rectangle with the mouse once the keypoint is outside the current slide timeline (but you can zoom and rotate it with the mouse and you can enter new values for pan).

Any help to understand how this kind of keypoints work (if it does  ) would be really appreciated.

    Thanks.
