I only click a button in Dell Support Assistant, and it download and run the upgrade.
Look in "Intel® Driver & Support Assistant", I think it is there

My computer is Dell and periodically Dell support assistant recommend something. Even though my drivers were up to date, it recommended running an Intel Graphic Driver upgrade (and the link to do it) . I did it and everything has returned to normal, no more jumps.

I made an MP4 of the same test video and the problem is the same.
For now I will stop using PTE, because the problem is not only with the EXE, but I can not make projects, because I can not run them during their execution.

Lap top with 16 g RAM. the same a have been using in the last 3 years
when I said "run without problems" it means in the same computer (windows 10 and PTE 9.0.18)

The videos run fine except in PTE projects (converted). I know that must be something in my computer (laptop dell), my graphics card is the original of the computer AMD radeon R5 M335
I download and reinstall PTE 9.0.18, but the problem continues, also with older PTE projects
The upside down of the test video is my fault with my iphone

I have a strange problem: The videos in PTE move by jumps or stop (the sound continues),
