goddi Posted January 18, 2015 Report Share Posted January 18, 2015 Greetings,I am trying to find a topic in the Help menu. I am logged into the Forum, no problem. However, when I try to login to Help, it does not recognize my password. I am using the same User Name and Password that I use for the Forum. When I use a short-cut made when logged in, I have to add my username & password to get into the forum as a registered user, PTE isn't remembering me once I've logged off.
