I tried the new trial version of PTE (had version 9) but I can't open my old files. See attachment. Is this because it is a trial version? I will be sure before I buy the upgrade. Version 11.0 (a trial version or purchased version) should open correctly all projects saved in previous versions, including V9. Tell me in more details: 1. Do you observe this problem with a certain V9 project, or with all other projects? 2. When you try such project, do you see a Missing Files window which suggest you help to find and recover missing files? 3. If you try to open the same project in V9, will it be opened correctly? On your screenshot above, 1st slide is selected and I see a full path to missing files in the status bar (bottom of the main window). Check this path if it contain a required file.
