Upgrade issues [SOLVED]

I've been trying to upgrade from 10 Pro to 11 Pro but when I enter my 10 Pro key I receive an error message saying key is incorrect or damaged.  I've tried multiple browsers all with the same results.  Thoughts?

did you copy & paste the Key?

If you typed it make sure you are not mixing up 'o' & 0 (zero)  or 'i' & 1

Jill, I copied/pasted the key from an email sent by Wnsoft.  I tried it with and without the dashes.  No luck.  Thanks for replying.

nelson,  I'm not sure how that link is relevant.  It deals with Windows activation, not PTE AV studio.  It is a long article so maybe I missed something? Perhaps I should have been more specific about what I was attempting to upgrade.
