  2. For anyone that is interested, I use a utility called Pimosa. https://pimosa.lemonsqueezy.com/ It does image conversions and a lot more. It is not free but it does a lot and is very useful.
  3. Thanks for the reply. I can confirm that I am running macOS Tahoe so that explains it. I will look forward to the update!

  5. I have AV Studio 10 but want to upgrade to Studio 10 Pro so that I have same version on both laptop and PC, but cannot find the option to do this, please can anyone help
  6. Hi, it looks like you're using Beta version of macOS 26 Tahoe - the final version has not been released yet. I confirm this issue with HEIC images in the current Beta version. We're checking the code and will try to fix it before the final version is released. You can wait the updated version or convert HEIC images to JPEG format.
  7. Thanks for the advice. sRGB is what the PTE preference is set to. I tried changing to all of the other profiles and none of them worked. When I view the images using macOS preview, Pixelmator Pro, or Affinity Photo 2 they display correctly. It is only in PTE AV Studio Pro that the colors are wrong. I did convert a couple of images to JPG and PNG and they both display properly in PTE. Sine I have over 500 "heic" images, it would be great if I would not have to convert them all to work in PTE.

  9. check which Colour Space you are working in. sRGB is the recommended one to use, but you can change it depending on your monitor setup. See Settings/Preferences/System jpg format is normally the best to use if you are going to convert your images Jill
  10. I'm new here and I have just started a project in PTE AV Studio on macOS 26. I have many images from my iPhone in "heic" format. When I browse them in the file list, the colors are all wrong. I would appreciate assistance in correcting this. Do I need to convert them to another format?

  12. Does anyone need some custom music created? Give me a shout! I've worked with around 100 content creators...mostly video game developers...helping them bring their visions to life. Here's a link to my Custom Work page for more info: https://soundimage.org/custom-work/ That said, this week's new free Mp3 tracks are on my City/Urban 2 page: "ON THE PROWL WITH CAPED CRUSADER CAT" (LoFi) "FUNKY STREETS" (LoFi) "JULIO’S CREW" (LoFi) https://soundimage.org/city-urban-2/ Enjoy, keep creating and please stay safe.
  13. What A Ride, It's very simple.
  14. You can use "Quick Style" to copy an applied Style from one Slide to another. Or you can create a new Style from that Slide and name it appropriately. DG
  15. Added some slides to show and wanted to add the same style to the slide, where do I find the name of style?
  16. you can already do this in a way by using the Ring Shadow option. Jill
  17. It could be cool to have a text outlined directly from the text editor with a color🙂

  19. Thanks Jill for the help! I was using Dissolving with Blur and I was having trouble with the text disappearing in this transition. I tried just Dissolve and it actually worked as expected. Thank you so much!
  20. Thanks Alex, would be quite difficult to do with my camera. My camera is converted to capture handheld infrared images only and not visible light images. You could use a normal camera with an IR filter (exposure 6 times longer, so a tripod is required) or two identical cameras (one converted to IR) and lenses but alignment is an issue. Generally an IR image is not a visibe light image as they use different lighting and contrast. These shots would have been very green with all the plants and far less contrast/tonal range. The other option is to false colour the IR image using AI in PS but often not realistic - see below. Also, Masks in PTE are a bit beyond my knowledge and skills at this point. Thanks for commenting and the suggestion. Mark
  21. What type of Transitions are you using? If you just use a Dissolve, Page or Shape Transition then it shouldn't have any effect on the Text. I often carry my Title across 2 Slides but I always use the Transitions mentioned above. I find all of the others are too gimmicky & distract from the images & story. It depends what you are trying to achieve? Jill
  22. Nice, It would be interesting combine both normal and infrared images with masks. Thanks Alex55
  23. Thank you, Jill, for the quick response! I do this but this text is affected by the transition effect at the end of each slide. How can I remove the transition effect for the text between slides?
  24. Easy, just copy & Paste the Text in O&A onto all the Slides you need. Jill
  25. I had a hard time figuring this out, so I'll ask. Is it possible to have the same text appear on multiple slides (not all!) without affecting the transition effect? The main thing for me is to do it for a group of slides.
  26. Hey everyone, I had to take some time off for family matters, but I'm back to creating new music to share with you. So this week we have... On my Horror 2 page: "NIGHT STALKER 3" https://soundimage.org/horror-2/ On my Puzzle Music 8 page: "ANCIENT MAGIC" https://soundimage.org/puzzle-music-8/ And on my Sci-Fi 14 page: "OFF-WORLD DESOLATION" https://soundimage.org/sci-fi-14/ As always, they're 100% free to use in your projects in Mp3 format, just like my thousands of other music tracks. Btw, it's great to see that people are utilizing my Ogg Music packs...I'm so glad they're helpful! Here are links to them: https://soundimage.org/ogg-game-music-mega-pack/ https://soundimage.org/ogg-music-packs-2/ Enjoy, stay safe and keep creating! 🙂
  27. Everyone needs a secret garden in their life and you’re invited to visit Wendy Whiteley’s Secret Garden, a public garden and much loved oasis in the heart of Sydney. Located a short walk over the Sydney Harbour Bridge, or a closer stroll from Milsons Point and North Sydney train stations, the Secret Garden is a haven where you can explore meandering pathways discovering sculptures as you go; enjoy a picnic basket or read a book at one of the tables or benches beneath the garden’s canopy; or you can simply enjoy the nature and serenity of your beautiful surrounds. You may even stumble across a hidden fairy house. Created over the past 20 years by artist Wendy Whiteley, wife and muse of Australian artist Brett Whiteley, the Secret Garden is nestled behind Luna Park in one of Sydney's most spectacular, and possibly smallest suburbs, Lavender Bay.
  28. Hi Jill, I will do that and see if it goes back to normal. thanks Enid
  29. Hi Enid, I have just updated to 11.0.18 now & the magnifying glass is still there. Nothing has changed, so not sure why you are having problems. Try uninstalling & re-install again. Are you Windows or Mac? Jill
