  2. The white-faced heron (Egretta novaehollandiae), also known as the white-fronted heron, and incorrectly as the grey heron, or blue crane, is a common bird throughout most of Australasia, including New Guinea, the islands of Torres Strait, Indonesia, New Zealand, and all but the driest areas of Australia. It is a medium-sized heron, pale, slightly bluish-grey, with yellow legs and white facial markings. It can be found almost anywhere near shallow water, fresh or salt, and although it is prompt to depart the scene on long, slow-beating wings if disturbed, it will boldly raid suburban fish ponds. I was lucky enough to spend some time with this WFH as it foraged for food and was less concerned about my presence. This quickly made and short AV helps to share the encounter entertainingly.

  4. Hi Trevor, there is no such thing as a dumb question. We all have to learn. You need to set keyframes on the curve & then use the Pan with the Smooth Move Modifier. You need 3 KeyFrames & the Smooth Move Modifier goes on the middle one of the 3. Hope this helps, just play around until you get it. Jill
