Jean-Pierre I do appreciate that there is a lot of work in these things and I do apologise if I am asking too much, as I have said before, I am getting so much enjoyment from working with your template that it has become a drug. I did like the demo, thanks for everything.

Jean-Pierre I am really getting on well with your original template and I have been able to create the effect that I am looking for in my slideshow. To go a step further is it possible to personalise the front cover and change the appearance to use a jpg I have of a Wedding Album, see thumbnail. The size of the image is landscape but I can change that to the size needed for your template.

Hi Dom Another fantastic effect, I did enjoy the Demo. Whist I have no standing to do so, can I just mention a preference, it is with regard to the radius of the turning page, it seem to me that this would be better with a greater radius. It tends to curl up on its self, just my view.

Can someone point me the right direction, I wish to create an AVI file of a PTE show. I have tried all ways to do this but to no effect. I have tried it through creating a DVD and AVI, once I did create a file but could not get it the open in an editing package. My main video editing package is Pinnacle Liquid Edition but I also have Ulead DVD MovieFactory and Windows Movie Maker.

TheDom The flash viewing looks very impressive, I certainly like the idea of being able to changes aspects of the effect, e.g. cover and add additional pages, etc. I am just starting out on a new project, so I would be interested to know when you think it will be released.

Hi I am a new guy to PTE and trying to catch up fast, I would also go for the deluxe version with DVD burning capability. It may have been asked before, I do not know, but would there also be a Flash output option?

Jean-Pierre I fully understand your reasoning and it works very well in your template. Thank you for considering to change the method when you update the template.

Jean-Pierre If I am asking too many questions or raising too many posting, just tell me to take a running jump. (an English expression) I am sure that you know this, but I did not realise until I played around with Objects and Animations, that image 01 is placed on the right-hand page and that image 02 is placed on the left-hand page. I just assumed when I read the instructions that image 01 would be on the left and image 02 on the right. If this is correct, then for my photographs to follow the order that I want them to be shown, then the left-hand photo needs to be image 02 and the right-hand photo should be image 01. This rule would apply to all other pages. Is this correct? I am really enjoying your template, thanks for sharing it.

Jean-Pierre What am I doing wrong, for a trial, I have tried to produce an eight page photo album following your instructions. It seems to work, but the effect that I am getting is that image 01 is shown as the second photo, whilst image 02 is first. This happens to all other pairs of photo's? I have deleted a number of the original images from the timeline, after image 08 I have a fond.jpg, then two Garde.jpg. At the end of the preview I seem to get two images of your original flowers, although I thought that I had deleted them from the timeline? Also I do not want to display my name, how can I remove this from the preview.

Jean-Pierre The landscape album is a very good effect, is this achieved using PTE's standard effects or is it done in some other way?

Thedom This is also a great effect and something that I have been looking for, for sometime now. I like the way you can display a single landscape photo or two portrait photo's on the one page. I assume the next thing people will want is the ability to display multiple photo's on one page. When do you think the template will be available.

Jean-Pierre Thank you for taking the trouble to respond so quickly. I am having trouble getting through to the example, when I click this one I get an 'Address is invalid' page? Also very pleased to hear that you working on a landscape version, that will be something to look forward too.

Clearly everyone is very happy with PTE and the prospects of the new release. I have now purchased version 4.48 and I will give it a whirl. A bit of a steep learning curve I fear, but lets see how we get on, it seems that this forum will be a great support.

Jean-Pierre Thank you for sharing your template of the Photo Album, it is a quite outstanding programme of work. I am here on the forum totally because of the wish to create a flipping pages Photo album like yours. Of course, everyone will be using the template and requiring something slightly different. I am the same, whilst, I like the portrait format, I would really like to have a landscape effect, but not one that provides the landscape effect by covering two pages. Is it possible to change any of the page sizes to provide this effect. In order to maximise the viewing size of the landscape effect, I would like the page that has been turned to be partly off the preview screen. Is this possible. I did say that everyone would want different things and would wish to personalise the template.

I am currently using Photodex Producer and use the ProShow Enthusiasts forum, many of the members also use PTE. Today we heard of a major price reduction of PSPv3.0, this comes after I have only recently upgraded to PSPv3.0 at a cost of circa $350.00. I am not happy and I am seriously thinking of changing to PTE, hence my question - How good is PTEv5.0.
