I use this e-mail address in exclusive cases, that's why you may have not seen this before. And I don't spread infected files or spam. Upgrade to Deluxe license gives you only two years of free upgrades. You can continue using old PicturesToExe Deluxe version with old Deluxe key, but if your license's expired, you should update it for the latest version of the program.

  9. Hello joetexan, Your support ticket has been replied on 04/27/2010. When the ticket is replied you should receive automatic notification. It seems that you didn't receive the notification that's why you decided your request has been ignored. You can check the status of your ticket in the support center anytime. I have sent the registration key from wnsoftsupport@gmail.com. Please, check your spam-box or disable firewall and anti-virus while waiting for the response. As you can see, all of our customers, who complain that their keys were not received, always are satisfied and provided with the key in the end. I repeat: we understand that our existing registration system is not perfect, but we will replace it with another one when the next version of PicturesToExe will be released.   11. Barry, It seems that you've got a point here. We discussed this issue many times. We understand that existing registration system is inconvenient for new customers, and we have in plans to replace key files with a short code - combination of characters, which can be put into the body of e-mails. It's not the final decision yet, but we'll try to work out more effective registration system as soon as possible to keep our customer from such confusion.   12. Hello Paul, There were several cases when e-mails from orders@regnow.com and orders@wnsoft.com haven't been recognized by e-mail servers and blocked. That's why a customer may not receive our e-mail. We also have a support center: http://www.wnsoft.com/support.htm. It works much better than electronic mail.   21. Hi Dave, Startup Window always has a windowed mode. It can't cover the whole screen. Even if you use big picture, it will be shrunk to fit the size limit.

  23. I can tell that's can be more complicated than you can imagine: - Angry viruses ate my computer. - The lightning burnt my computer. - My computer was stolen! It's better to keep registration key on a CD marked as "VERY IMPORTANT THINGS" or something like that. They can be sent as *.txt and *.key format (in ZIP or not archived). But you should remember that there are many ordinary users among those who prefer PicturesToExe to other pieces of software. It seems they always used to enter a code number to register a program, it is simple. That's why they can't understand "where to enter this loooooooooooong line of characters". New people purchase the program every day. So "How to register?" topic stays actual.
