tom95521 Posted February 6, 2020 Report Share Posted February 6, 2020 PTE 10.0.6 Windows 10.0.19037 Build 19037 I have installed the optional (not supported) DVD Video Disc creation tool. Although I do not create DVDs now I wanted to see if it would work by creating an ISO image. When I start the program from the Publish menu I immediately get the attached error message. Igor Posted February 6, 2020 Report Share Posted February 6, 2020 Tom, I disabled support of video files in the File list of VideoBuilder. They caused this problem, because the encoders are outdated. VideoBuilder now supports only PTE projects and MPEG2 videos. Please update VideoBuilder: 1. In the Main menu > Help > Uninstall VideoBuilder (DVD). 2. In the Main menu > Publish > DVD-Video Disc.
