ZePapou Posted May 10, 2020 Report Share Posted May 10, 2020 Since I have updated to the PTE AV Studio 10 pro version, neither the preview top right button or the play button in the main central window are working. If preview : black screen. If manually I move the bottom slider ... good ! If play : nothing. If manually I move the slider ... good ! No issue with other functionnalities including creation of HD files. No issue with other software including advanced CAD application. I'm running Windows 10 and the Nvidia GTX 970 is at last version of GeForce driver. No idea ... help appreciated. Thanks by advance. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Igor Posted May 11, 2020 Report Share Posted May 11, 2020 Hi, I guess that there is a problem with audio drivers in your computer. Open the Project Options window > Audio tab. Add any MP3 audio file. On the right side on this window you can see a play button with a slider to test audio file. Click to play this audio file. Do you hear a sound? Nevertheless, if I try to play it with VLC or Windows Media Player, it works well. It seems the issue is only with PTE. A suggestion ? Regards PS : I take this opportunity to congratulate you. Check this video lesson which shows how to do it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ncO8vekrfao Firstly, try with "Search automatically..." option.
