Try to re-create this problem in a small test project - several images and this audio file. Then please send us this project - all files in a ZIP archive. Use a command Create backup in a ZIP from the main menu > File menu. Upload to iCloud, Google Drive, or WeTransfer.com and send me a download link here or in a personal message. Run PTE AV Studio. 3. Enter your licence key which you received after purchase. Check your email box. If you cannot find it, let me know.
