The full photo appears in the top box when the up arrow is clicked. I am using a Mac with the up to date program. Can anyone help please? Igor Posted October 19, 2022 Report Share Posted October 19, 2022 Hi, Please do the following to fix this problem on your Mac: 1. Close PTE AV Studio in the Dock. 2. Download the uninstaller of PTE AV Studio for Mac. Unpack and run it. Tick only one option 'Reset PTE AV Studio configuration'. Confirm the uinstallation. Close this utility. 3. Run PTE AV Studio.
