Michael Rains Posted December 26, 2022 Report Share Posted December 26, 2022 I have purchased the new PTE 11 I down loaded Release version 1 then I had release version 2 with version 1 , I entered the purchased serial number and both versions was fine . I then loaded Release version 3 went and checked version number and it was PTE 11 Beta 9 . Is there something I am doing wrong I even took it off and reloaded but with the same result . jkb Posted December 26, 2022 Report Share Posted December 26, 2022 Did you save the download as a separate file with a different name? Also check that you are clicking on the correct Icon to run it. It may be that you are launching the old Beta version instead of RC3 RC3 just says Version 11 (4 bit) when you click on Help/About - there is no Release number shown Jill Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Igor Posted December 27, 2022 Report Share Posted December 27, 2022 Versions 11.0 Beta and Release Candidate install into different folders and different shortcuts in the Start menu.
