Jon B Posted February 28, 2023 Report Share Posted February 28, 2023 Tried to contact support today with no reply (twice). Cannot upgrade from PTE Studio 10 Pro to Studio 11 Pro. Each time I try to install it says that my Pro 10 licence is invalid or damaged. WnSoft sent my licence today and I cut and pasted this into the required box, still no joy. Very frustrating. But you say that you received the License today? I've found your last order and you needn't pay for the upgrade to V11, because you already the have a license key for V11. I sent you a new personal message through this forum with your license key.
