Please explain why I have no problem using V10.5 but I do using V11. Incidentally I have re installed V11. Roger
-
What is your Graphics card? How much VRam Does it have dual Graphics ie also an intel chip. If so then make sure PTE is using the main Graphics Card What is your Monitor Resolution What Resolution & Frame Rate is the video I have never had flickering, only some occasional stuttering when using a very large 1.5 GB video that I was taking 5 secs clips from. But if everything is ok in the final MP4 then I wouldn't worry too much about it. Maybe if you are only using a small portion of the video then try Converting/Triming it first Jill

Jill, Running on new Dell desktop. Win 11 version. Video files typically 60M. Using PTE 11.0.18. No other applications running in background. Roger.

The latest version is 11.0.18 Are you running on desktop or laptop. If laptop make sure you are plugged in, not battery. Are you Mac or Windows. How large is the video file. Jill

I have a PTE session file, created in V11, that contains video clips. If I use it on PTE version 10.5 it runs fine. If I use the same session file on my 11.0.18 build 3 version the videos flicker. I have compared all the setting on both versions and see no difference. If I publish it as a mp4 file in V11, the flickering disappears. Any suggestions how to resolve please.

Works just like a still image and is very easy to use to adjust the time of transition and video/image, add other images/video, image in image etc. Have a go and share it here. Cheers Mark

Thanks, glad you liked it.

Thank you - it is actually 2 lenses with a 180-degree view on each side of the camera. Due to the harsh lighting conditions of sun and shade, you can see the join in places. The in-camera software removes the 4-foot selfie stick. Images from each camera are 1 inch square and when joined are an equirectangular shape. It has proprietary software for editing the video, but is very basic when it comes to other editing like transitions, audio, text, merging with still images etc. It is a bit fiddly using two software applications but reasonably happy with the result for the first AV. Thanks for commenting. Mark

Thanks for posting this creative video. I've never tried using PTE for video transitions. Must give it a try since it worked so well for you.

Great morning for a balloon ride! Interesting lens

Taken with a new DJI Osmo360 camera and the editor has limited functions at this stage. Several short clips post edited in PTE for transitions.

Thank you.

Quite creative. Thanks.

herge49. Thanks for the feedback. I will be glad to know that I helped you understand the program a little. Good luck.

Thanks Kieron I appreciate your comment. For me it is about the capture and post editing creativity. Engagement is nice but I am loving getting out there and doing different photo opportunities and seeing what I can create afterwards. I go out at least once a week with photography friends where I live. Was on a Balloon ride this morning, but mainly 360-degree video so will see if I have time to create something. Cheers Mark

Free Music / SFX Resource - Over 2000 Tracks
Eric Matyas replied to Eric Matyas's topic in General Discussion
Greetings Creatives, This week's new free-to-use-with-attribution music tracks are on my Puzzle Music 8 page: "PIXEL BALLOONS" (LoFi) "PIXEL BALLOONS_v1" (LoFi) "PIXEL BALLOONS_v2" (LoFi) https://soundimage.org/puzzle-music-8/ As always, they're 100% free to use in your projects, just like my thousands of other music tracks. _________________________________________ OGG GAME MUSIC MEGA PACK - OVER 1400 TRACKS (AND GROWING) https://soundimage.gumroad.com/l/ylyre Please don't forget about my Ogg Music Mega Pack which contains over 1400 music tracks (and growing!) in higher-quality Ogg format. Great for video games, films, podcasts and more. This is a bundle of my genre music packs: Fantasy | Sci-Fi | Funny/Quirky/Weird | Puzzle | Chiptunes | Action | Dark / Ominous | Horror / Surreal | Misc These tracks sound almost as good as my original WAV recordings, but are much smaller in file size. Perfect for video games. Ogg tracks also loop better in game engines than Mp3 format. UPDATES AS I ADD NEW Ogg TRACKS I add new music all the time and send users updates so you can download my newest tracks as I release them. Any questions, feel free to reach out. 🙂 As always, enjoy, stay safe and keep being creative! -
Hey Mark, I enjoy the variety of photo subjects that you show us. I hope the lack of engagement does not discourage you from showing more. Looking forward to next time, Kieron

This is another very interesting style. I downloaded it and looked at how it works in detail. I admit I still have a lot to learn about the functionality and many possibilities of PTE. Thanks again for sharing. René
