Same problem ....

I have the same problem ( with payant AVG ) ....

Very well done ! PTE has many posibilties ...

I think that it is a problem with the free version ... I use since years the paying version ( actualy 9.0.920 ) and I never had any problem ... Why ? No idea .....

Potwnc My experience : monday , I noticed that I have lost my key during a PC crash , and also the paper support I have done 9 years ago ... I wrote to the support and 75 minutes after I had an e-mail with a link where I found the key . All worked perfectly , and I am not the king of computer ! You can buy for your friend a few days before Christmas and send him this link in the right moment ... I hope that it help . daniel

Honnestly , with my little knowledge , all works now fine for me ; but it seems that ones newcommers have problems .... If Igor does a modification , I shall adaptate my use to put in order the key points . KISS principle : easy to put in a young brain ! Regards daniel

Xaver , you are right : many views for me ! I do not have problem with separating key points ; the important thing is to apply the "smooth" option after settings all key points and uncheck it if a modification is necesary , and put it other time after . Why not Peter's idea ??? Regards . daniel
