Hi Igor I think you mentioned that PTE have a removal tool that would not have destroyed my template files. Can you give me the link to down load this please.

Just to keep you in the picture Igor I attach copy of my email sent to Macaw re their software. You may feel that this is a matter that should be more widely drawn to the attention of PTE users.

I have recently had to delete my PTE studio Pro on my Mac and to reinstall from your web site. Whilst this resolved my problem of PTE not being recognised I am now having trouble in locating the templates that I habitually make of my work to cover loosing pictures moved elsewhere. Is this a result of my starting again or am I missing something.

Got there in the end by pure cussedness . Used Clean my Mac ran a full scan and also took out all my PTE folders. Then reinstalled PTE from the Wnsoft site and after requesting the serial number managed to get it to run.

I am running Studio Pro 11 and attach two screen shots of the problem. All other programmes run OK on Mac Sequoia 15.7.2. I have tried the reboot and reset neither worked. I have also gone back to an earlier version pf Pte and that will not open either. Who have I upset!!

Hi Mark They certainly have impact although I did find the snap changes a bit repetitive and some of the images appeared to be duplicated. Perhaps some long dissolves would fool the eye into not realising that a dissolve had taken place. The music would have to change and be more soothing ng

Thanks Jill I did not really want to trouble you again. I had to change the settings to record mpeg4. I had all the EXE's on a stick but just could not get it to record from the stick and do the conversion.

Having switched from Window to Apple Mac I realise that my EXE files will not play so I need to convert them if this is possible. I have been referred to OBS studio and have tried to download the exe files on my windows lap top (v10) into OBS on the old windows LapTop. I must admit I find this a little confusing. Is there an alternative or an idiots guide ?

Watched a TV programme about the Dark sky project in UK and in one case where a lighthouse beam was the only source of light the authority changed the beam colour to red the effect on sky visibility was amazing.

Have just realised that my best way was to make a new slide in Photoshop and save as a Jpeg for loading into Pte

I am trying to produce a slide showing credits for the end of a programme but having great trouble in lining up the various names and their contribution. Is there anyway in the type function to set tabs to ensure a good line up as the names scroll up. Rather similar to what you see at the end of a film.

I am assisting somebody with their AV which they have compiled on a window machine. I asked them to create a template and send it to me so that I can make adjustments to their images and timings. I am working on a Mac with the mac version. All that has happened is that I have a list of files but seem unable to open the template and get it onto my computer.. Any ideas
