  2. Hi, Please translate your messages into English. You can use Google Translate, for example. Let me know - do you have a PC or Mac? Check an exact version of PTE AV Studio in the About window. If it isn't v11.0.18, I highly recommend to download and install the latest version from WnSoft website: https://www.wnsoft.com/en/pte-av-studio/download/ If it doesn't help, restart your computer and try again.

  4. Witam. Od wczoraj pojawił się problem. Klikam na zakładkę Styles and Themes komputer chwilę myśli, a potem wywala program i muszę na nowo go odpalać.Wczym może byc problem?
  5. Got there in the end by pure cussedness . Used Clean my Mac ran a full scan and also took out all my PTE folders. Then reinstalled PTE from the Wnsoft site and after requesting the serial number managed to get it to run.
  6. I am running Studio Pro 11 and attach two screen shots of the problem. All other programmes run OK on Mac Sequoia 15.7.2. I have tried the reboot and reset neither worked. I have also gone back to an earlier version pf Pte and that will not open either. Who have I upset!!
  7. Some more Rainbow Bee-eater action. This is a series of around 1,230 images from a 1,310 series of images taken over an 1 hour and 5 minute on Thursday November 20. The same family of Rainbow Bee-eatrs were very busy although they did sometimes fly over the nest and return to the branch without feeding the chicks in the nest. They would return to a branch with and without food for a clutch of chicks in the nest nearby. During the process, a small snake came by the nest (in the ground) and there was a flurry of activity to chase it off (unfortunately not captured due to the timelpase framing. All images are full frame on a Sony A7RV so there are quite a few single frames for use in the future. It took quite a while to process this AV at the best resolution. Ciao Mark

  9. Thank you all for your suggestions. Dave Gee's suggestion was the perfect solution. The sailor was prom an old painting and to the wood image as a PNG. The Harmonize feature is pretty good. Adds shadows too.
  10. Hi Mike, Yes, PTE AV Studio 11 Pro works on Macs running macOS 26 Tahoe.
  11. Will PTE studio pro run on 26 Tahoe

  13. You can add text right to the Pic_7.jpg. Best Alex55
  14. The first AV consists of just over 1200 images taken in the morning over a period of approximately 65 minutes. The Australian rainbow bee-eater has a unique method of preparing prey by rubbing venomous insects on a branch to remove stingers. They can consume up to 300 insects daily, which minimizes their need for drinking water. In this AV you will see them fly off and catch insects near the roosting branch. Sometimes seen hitting the insect on the branch to remove the sting. Additionally, communal colonies are now common in the area in summer, where sandy soil is perfect nesting material. Sometimes creating tunnels up to 1.6 meters long, and their mating is monogamous, with pairs potentially returning to the same nesting sites year after year. Often, juvenile birds from a previous brood assist the parents in feeding the next lot of chicks. You will see up to 4 birds that were feeding the same nest. While capturing the sequence for this AV, I witnessed the family bomb diving a small snake that ventured into the area. This is a very short AV with limited display time for each image. The second AV has about 180 images from the time-lapse of the birds in flight. I struggled with the number of images from the series and the duration of the AV to hold the viewers' attention. The duration of this AV is around 4 mins and 37 secs. I was back at the nesting site this morning to get some more images, as they are very restful to watch them come and go. Mark

  15. Alex55, if I wanted to add a name to the photo titled "Pic_ 7.jpg" for instance, where would I add the text with the persons actual name in objects and animations?
  16. Adysa, Thanks a lot! Yes, the time.. Hard to believe we were that young once. Best Alex
  17. A wonderful project and song selection, everything is true to the songs, we were young and believed, but the years..., I hope your loved ones liked it.

  19. I miss the EXE file, that everytime is opened, different sequence of photos is displayed. Old PTE 7.0 version already have such feature. Regards.
  20. Hi Rosemary, glad you enjoyed it. Luckily they are found near my home. Mark

  22. Hi Digatral, Thank you for sharing these two beautiful videos and for the information about them. Always great to learn about other bird species. Rosemary
  23. Here are a couple of short AV's of consecutive images of Rainbow Bee-eaters coming in to feed chicks in the nest. The rainbow bee-eater is the only species of bee-eater found in Australia and is monotypic, meaning it has no accepted subspecies. Its closest relative is most likely the olive bee-eater (Merops superciliosus) of southern and eastern Africa, but molecular phylogenetic analysis places the rainbow bee-eater as the closest relative to the European bee-eater. It was first described by John Latham in 1801. The generic name is Ancient Greek merops, which means 'bee-eater' and the specific epithet is Latin ornatus 'ornate, adorned'. The birds do not only eat bees with other insects part of their diet, including dragonflies, march flies, damselflies and other flying insects. The nest's end is large enough to fit two adult birds and the chicks. The birds also rely on adolescent chicks from a previous clutch to feed the new brood. This particular nest had 4 birds providing food for the chicks. The birds generally land on a nearby branch as a lookout perch. I had placed a dead branch on a dead tree as a lookout perch. Often, taking some time to peruse the area and be comfortable, it is safe to enter the nest. They do become comfortable with people/photographers and are always on the lookout for other birds and snakes as they nest in the ground. I had hoped to record the unusual sound of the birds calling, but this generally happens in flight while chasing insects. Unfortunately, there is too much background noise. The first one is a flyover and the second one shows the bird disappearing down the nest in the ground. Regards Mark
  24. It is so easy for judges to influence what we do. I once made a judge bait sequence with every arty dissolve I could find. I only inflicted on one judge as I could see the palpitations
  25. Thanks Mike, I appreciate your feedback. My first digital AV review from a Judge said 'Just because the software has 300 transitions, you don't have to use them all in the same presentation". This was in the early days of digital, when analogue slide AV's used a pulse on a tape to change the slide projector. He went on to become a good friend and has recently crossed the rainbow. Some images are similar from a close-by viewpoint, but I thought I removed them and reduced it further for the shorter show. I will probably never go back and edit/redo this show but noted for further productions. The audience would be same so better using my time to make an AN on another subject. In the longer show, I wanted to show "standard" transition from each different scene to the next with a 2 sec dissolve on the same scene with the ND filter. I tried a long transition on the shorter presentation but preferred the "standard" transition on all the ND filter images as a dissolve made it one big continuous scene. Thanks again for commenting and food for thought. Mark
  26. Don't put the cursor between the slides, but put it in the slide after the slide you want to change the duration. Denis
  27. I have the trial version of PTE AV Studio Pro. I have slides loaded into timeline. When I lengthen (or shorten) duration of a slide, the adjacent slide length is offset by same amount of time. I've gone round and round with ChatGPT and Gemini who were telling me similar ways to find the "ripple" control (toggle) but it's not there. Does anyone know how to set the program such that when I change the length of a single or several slides that it does not affect the length of the remaining slides (e.g. if I shift the duration of a slide by 5 seconds, all the slides to the right should stay the same duration resulting in the total slide show increasing in time by 5 seconds. Thank you.
  28. OK...thanks for that info. I guess this is a "ALT+R" hotkey for use in a Project. But still when EXE file is exported the same slide sequence is then displayed again. I miss the EXE file, that everytime is opened different sequence of photos is displayed. Thankgod there is PTE7.0 version (and IrfanView slideshow). Regards, Primus
  29. Hi Mark They certainly have impact although I did find the snap changes a bit repetitive and some of the images appeared to be duplicated. Perhaps some long dissolves would fool the eye into not realising that a dissolve had taken place. The music would have to change and be more soothing ng
  30. Open your project / save it using a new name (this helps to keep your original project) / open the new project / make a right click into the Slide List / choose random order / create an Executable file for PC
