Do you have Windows 11 or 10?
I checked on my Windows 11 (24H2) in Media Player, Classical Media Player, and Movies & TV player. All is OK with synchronization of audio for created in PTE video.
Probably some app has replaced system audio/video decoders on your PC? Media Player uses system decoders/filters.
VLC and MPC-HC use own decoders.

At first glance, your final video (Minneapolis-Final.mp4) plays correctly - audio is synced. I checked in VLC and MPC-HC players.
Also I used the original file (Minneapolis.mp4) and created a new video in PTE 11.0.20. The created video file played correctly (synced).
What player software you use for checking?
When you observe this issue with synchronization? Right at beginning of a video or delay occurs later in the middle? Do you rewind video or play from beginning until the end of the file? And how big this delay 1 second or less/more?

For option A it means the Mask container where image(s) acting as the Stencil for color blending with Content. In other words, Stencil object(s) will not cut unwanted parts of Mask content (no opacity masking mode).
Only color blending between pictures/videos in Content and Stencil (according Blend mode "Multiply" or "Screen" or "Add", etc.)So need to choose between option A and option B... or find something else.

Here is a screenshot for Option B (Blend Mode for individual image object).
If a parent image has Nested opacity mode (or Blur/Unsharp mode), Blend mode for a child image will look partially incorrectly. Because objects with Nested opacity or Blur are being rendered independently from the main scene and then the result inserted into the slide.
In other words, Blend mode will work correctly only images placed without Blur or Nested opacity modes.

What if we implement the Blend effect as a new mode of a Mask container?
A. Simple example: you place one image in the "Stencil" and another in the "Content", and the Mask container blends both images using Multiply, Screen, Add or another mode.
One Mask container can use only one kind of Blend mode.B. Or you expect to see Blend mode as a parameter of an Image object or Video object? Without any Mask container.
We found that last Option B sometimes doesn't produce the correct visual result when working with blurred images or objects with nested opacity mode, where the objects partially overlap (but don't completely overlap). This is because such objects are rendered independently.

In PTE AV Studio 12 we have added a frame interpolation option (dissolve) when slowing down a video object.
Objects and animation editor > Properties tab > Trim and Adjust speed button > Interpolate Frames.
It works in real time, including in EXE shows and video export.
Please see the example for 7% speed (0.07x) with frame interpolation and without:

Pascal, thank you for your comment. I agree that backward compatibility is important. I need to know how often this parameter (Saturation) was used this way in V11 or earlier by different users.

Pascal, it's an interesting case! We actually fixed an old bug in Hue/Saturation for V12.
Previously, Saturation incorrectly changed the color tint of a black&white (grayscale) images - in version 11.0, you could see a green tint.Now in V12 Saturation parameter doesn't change grayscale images. As I know, Photoshop works the same way.
We fixed this bug back in PTE Video Optimiser (when someone noticed that the Saturation filter was incorrectly changing the color tint of grayscale pictures in videos).
If you needed to change the color tint/cast of a black&white image, you need to use a different color filte - Coloration.Let me know what you think about this. I'd also be glad to hear opinions from other users.

I respect your opinion, but I cannot agree. Version 12.0 includes significant improvements, new features, and effects, with 1-2 more major features which we plan to include before the final release.
Multiple slide tracks are complex feature that affects PTE's core. We're working on it, and it will arrive when it's ready.
The upgrade price for V12 will be reasonable ($36-49), and unlike many others, we don't use subscriptions. Users can choose to upgrade to V12 or continue to use V11, which we actively maintain.-

No, it's not ready for V12. Sorry. We've started the work on this code, but multiple slide tracks are still far from complete.
It will a huge change for the interface, the project, and the entire PTE, this is why we've been working on it for so long.-

We mistakenly deleted a comment about an unused "Author" filter for Transitions and my reply.
Please repost your original post in a new topic; this will help me track that question and write a future reply when we fix it. -
Thanks for this addition. I don't recommend to run two PTE versions simultaneously with the transitions window open. Because both versions work with the same global storage of custom transitions, they interfere with each other.

Please let me know, do you see a wrong transition (from a different transition group) or an incorrect direction in the selected transition group? Does the problem appear in the small preview window, or do you see it after applying the transition to a project?
Usually, the Project Options show a preview of only one of several selected directions (3 in your screenshot). And the Slide Options shows a preview specifically for the selected direction/option.
Can you record a video of your screen to demonstrate the issue?

Hi,
Smooth Move modifier was introduced in V11, but probably not everyone may know how useful it can be.
This demo shows how the Smooth Move modifier improves animated panoramas when you change a direction of motion at a middle keyframe. Without the Smooth Move modifier, you'll see a sharp, unnatural break in the movement direction. With the Smooth Move modifier, the image smoothly changes trajectory with natural momentum, gently rounding the sharp corner.
If you have 3 keyframes and a direction of motion changes at the 2nd keyframe (in the middle), you need to add the Smooth Move modifier to that 2nd keyframe. The "Smoothing (%)" parameter controls how much the motion is smoothed. I recommend to keep the default value 100%.
Note that Smooth Move also creates smooth starts and stops, giving the motion a natural, momentum-based feel.
If you're using simple motion between just 2 keyframes, use the Smooth speed modifier on the 1st keyframe instead. In this case, don't use Smooth Move.

Google doesn't allow the use of any screen filters on some system pages, for example: a blank page, web store for Chrome extensions, preferences of Chrome, etc.

I wrote a small free extension for Chrome browser.
If your eyes get tired reading text on glossy monitors, or you find it hard to focus on smooth high-resolution screens (especially 4K displays) - this might help.

Hi,
In PTE AV Studio 12, we've included a new function - Quick Search in the Slide Styles window and Transitions window.
This allows you to quickly find or filter the desired transition or style by name, category, or author name.
PTE AV Studio remembers your choice during the current session, independently for styles and transitions.
You can hide the Quick Search bar in Preferences > Templates tab by unticking the "Search in styles and transitions" option.

Trim and Adjust Speed

We plan to add special two buttons to set start and end points for trimming according triangle cursor. It will appear in Beta 3 or 4.
I'll publish a small tutorial soon.
We need to add some improvements for this window, and then I'll write the tutorial.
I recommend to try now a new "Interpolate frames" option. Use some video footage with fast motion scene (cars, train, waterfall). Set video speed between 5% and 20% and enable "Interpolate frames" option. Check the result.
