  1. In my opinion, absolutely your best work 'artistically speaking'. God provided the scenery, and you captured it well. A simply beautiful piece. Thanks Bob!! Kind regards, Bill
  2. Hi Isabel, Long time, no see/hear. Hope you are well. You can post here: http://www.beechbrook.com/upload Regards, Bill
  3. Igor. Thank you again for a superior product, and congratulations to your entire team !! FYI...Once I upgraded to Deluxe I received the following email message: ----------------------------------- How to register: 1) Close all running copies of PicturesToExe. 2) Save attached file to any folder 3) Run PicturesToExe. To register your program press Help | Registration... | Load Key and then select saved file. The program is registered now! ----------------------------------- However the "Load Key" option is not available from the Main PTE Help/Registration menu. I did find a button to register the product after clicking on the "Video" button from the main PTE work screen and then clicking on the "Burn DVD-Video disk" button. A button came up to load a key. After this, the product registered correctly. Thanks again and warm regards, Bill
  4. Al, Thanks for the greetings. I'm certain there will be a presentation at some point. Just not sure when it will be completed. With all our traveling, we haven't even reviewed all the images ourselves. It will be fun working with the photographs and PTE 5 for the first time. I've done little expermenting thus far. All the best, Bill
  5. Having now returned from a very delightful month in Ireland, I have reopened the PTE Upload Utility. I look forward to reviewing and hosting your new PTE presentations. Regards, Bill
  6. Glenys, There are no new presentations awaiting approval on my server. Did you receive a Upload Successful screen? Regards, Bill
  7. We haven't visited this particular area but I am behind you 100% with preserving this important part of your history. Voted !
  8. Had a mess today when I logged in. Many, many spam messages that I couldn't delete because the system would not allow me to log in. I see that has now been corrected. Hopefully whatever was installed will help because it was a real mess seeing all those messages that I couldn't delete around 4pm today. Bill
  9. Logged into the forum to remove a couple of spam messages and found myself deleting them over and over in several areas before it was all cleaned up. Bogus visitors are posting new topics as well as posting to the end of many forum topics. Cleaned up for the moment... Bill
  10. Yes, Bart's presentation is now available on Beechbrook.Com. The issue was that Bart had utilized a newer version of WinZip then the V9 that I have. I had previously tried other compression software to expand the files but was unsuccessful. All is well now. Give Bart's show a try. It's simply amazing what Igor's application and folks creativity are capable of ! Bill
  11. Just kidding, I have added yet another option. This time to the PTE Upload Utility. You will note an "Additional Comments" section at the bottom of the upload page. This will provide author's a place to enter URLs for linking their presentations to Beechbrook.Com and also a place for personal comments, questions. Information entered in the "Additional Comments" section will not be shown on the PTE Download Pages. For information you wish to make available to everyone, continue to use the "Author's Notes" section. p.s. The "Additional Comments" section is currently only available on the English Upload page. I'm open to any of our French speaking folks to translate the English into French. Regards, Bill
  12. I've added a new option on the PTE Download Pages beneath each individual presentation download count. It's a direct link to the Author's Notes for that particular presentation. Although there is a single Author's Notes link on each download page, I thought this might be easier and may also encourage more authors to leave comments about their presentations. Regards, Bill
  13. Tom, The same file number is given for both of your shows, Might want to check into this. Regards, Bill
  14. Allen, Have a fresh look at Beechbrook.Com. New presentations are dropping in weekly. Still heading to Dublin in May. We'll be in touch for some details later! Regards, Bill
  15. Besides the obvious vast and beautiful scenery of the area as depicted in the photography, this was a wonderful look into the every day lives of a close neat family living out their dreams in the west. Too much of this is disappearing. Hold on to the family, the land and to the dreams ! Bill
  16. Welcome Sharon, There is so much to learn from this good forum. Take your time and enjoy the knowledge! What presentations would not open for you on Beechbrook.Com? Regards, Bill
  17. PNT, and a file about its use, are now available on all Beechbrook.Com download pages. Regards, Bill
  18. Al, I didn't see the page numbers on the presentation. Where were they? Regards, Bill
  19. Tom, Taking your suggestion I rewrote the utility and have attached it here. The utility still timesout in 8 seconds if no button is selected. If the "Yes" button is selected Beechbrook.Com opens in a browser window. If "No' is selected an exit window opens and closes in 2 seconds. Comments are still welcomed: PNT.zip Utility Updated 1/26/07. Regards, Bill
  20. Thank you. I feel much better now !! Regards .
  21. Igor, I assembled a small test show using PTE 5 beta 8r and burned it to DVD. I have attached three screenshots to help explain what I discovered. Image 1 shows my beginning project. Note that all photographs are in landscape mode. Image 2 shows where I've chosen to rotate one image counterclockwise using the popup menu when I right click on any image. Image 3 shows where PTE has rotated the image counterclockwise. However if I click on the preview window (top right) my image is still in landscape format. Also, when the project file is previewed or burned to DVD the images remain in their original format. I emailed Ralph McDermott asking him to test this as well and Ralph advised me that this is also happening in the new beta 8u. Regards, Bill
  22. Thank you Al, Ron, Roger, Tom, Maureen and Robert for your comments. I thought perhaps this would provide a quick and easy check for new presentation. However if most folks simply log into the site anyway, there certainly isn't any need from just another utility. Tom. Yes a link could be provided but I would probably need to remove the timeout feature. Otherwise the pop-up window might dismiss too quickly. Robert. I enjoyed sending the presentation reminder emails for so long. Alas my membership got too large and the server folks said - no more. Maureen. Lots of donations is a great thought, but as you know... certainly not a reality. I did receive a very thoughtful donation from Dave in the UK first of January. My first since Oct 06. I too would enjoy meeting you. We'll be somewhat close as we holiday throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland this May. Everyone. With some 184 message reviews and only 14 downloads it looks like this is a moot point. I will probably leave the utility active for a short while longer and then remove it unless there is a surge of enthusiasm. Kind regards, Bill
  23. Lin, We're praying for a full and speedy recovery. We're here to help in any way we can as you and your family work through this time together. Please don't hesitate to contact us. Kind regards, Bill
  24. In an effort to notify users about new presentations on Beechbrook.Com, I need some feedback as to whether this utility would be useful. Interested persons would download the file once from any of my PTE download pages. Once the utility is on the PC it could then be run at your leisure to check the date of the last new PTE presentation upload. This would negate the need to log into to the site itself to verify new uploads. The utility does not create cookies or capture email or IP addresses. It merely logs into the server and checks the date of that last PTE presentation upload. If it's useful I will place it on the download pages. The utility will automatically timeout in 8 seconds after executed. Update: see message below for revised version of utility. Regards, Bill
  25. May all of us enjoy a peaceful, meaningful and fulfilling 2007. Many thanks to all the visitors of Beechbrook.Com. It was a very busy year with literally tens of thousands of PTE downloads. And through your continued skills and creativity, you enable me to post 145 new presentations and utilities. A new feature, "Author's Notes", was added to the website this past year which many of you have used to provide visitors with additional notes about your presentations. Thank you, and I encourage more authors to make use of this feature. I want to especially thank the eleven visitors who donated to my hosting costs during 2006. Each and every donation is greatly appreciated. And finally thank you to Igor and the magnificent team at WnSoft. They continue to bring us a superior product in PicturesToExe. All of us look forward to the many new features which will be available with the release of PTE 5. Warm regards, Bill
