  1. Hi Barry, An excellent show, enjoyed it very much. It filled my screen, which was good. Colin
  2. Hi Andrew, A very good soothing production which I enjoyed. A good collection of photos' Thank you, Colin
  3. Hi Mary, Thank you for the comments, much appreciated. The music came from a programme I purchased called "Photo & Videoshow Soundpool 6 - high quality dubbing sounds and music". The programme has all sorts of sound effects and also royalty free music. I chose 3 pieces which run throughout the show. They are entitled (in order as played) "A fantastic Journey" "Darkness" "The Appointment" There is of course Auld Lang Syne which I downloaded from a royalty free website. I tend to agree regarding the larger pictures and I was not quite happy with a few of them, but was all I could obtain from Google. Once again, thank you for viewing and the comments. Regards, Colin
  4. Hi all, This AV covers all the major news events of 2009. The year was fairly dramatic with earthquakes, tsunami's, plane crashes and a recession. I have tried to cover as much as possible and the AV has a duration of 10 minutes and is 53mg in size. I decided to produce this AV using an aspect ratio of 16:9 and the size of slide at 1920x1080. I hope those members that do watch the AV will enjoy it. Colin http://www.mediafire.com/?og2gtuyqyky
  5. Hi Andrew, Thank you for watching and the comment, it is appreciated. I love Scotland and what a pity you guys will not be here. Our stadium is truly magnificent and probably the best out of all the 8 other stadiums built around the country. As a matter of interest, there is a finicular car that travels up the centre beams to the top where one can obtain spectacular views of the city. Best regards, Colin
  6. Hi Jeff, Those were the good old days. The Royal Hotel is still there today, though much larger and more modern. Glad you enjoyed. Colin
  7. Hi Andrew, excellent presentation. It was pleasant to have your AV fill my 23" screen (1920x1080) and the border to each picture was good. I really enjoyed it. Thank you, Colin
  8. Thanks Davy and Lennart for the comments. Durban is not so well known in the international community. Many visitors to our country all flock to Cape Town which is beautiful and well worth the visit for anyone coming out to South Africa. Regards, Colin
  9. Hi Davy, I enjoyed the presentation. Good photos'and the music was appropriate. Thank you, Regards, Colin
  10. The AV depicts pictures of the city of Durban, South Africa, where I have lived for 56 years, from the early years to the present day. Please bear in mind that the old pictures are not of the best quality because of their age. They do however show how the city looked with the old buildings, cars, ships, trams and buses. I certainly have seen a change in my 56 years living in Durban and there is great excitement with the upcoming FIFA world cup soccer being held here and a lot of development. Enjoy! http://www.mediafire.com/?3tgznn5jzdz

  17. Hi all, A friend of mine whom I fly online with, after seeing my AV on the Blue Angels, asked me why I had not put together an AV on The famous Red Arrows. I promised him I would and this AV is the result. The british members will be proud to know they have a world class and brilliant aerobatic team in the Red Arrows. Hope you enjoy. 19. Hi all, Thought I would have some fun in producing an advert type AV for a tropical soda. I am no marketing expert, so do not expect professionalism in the production. This was produced for fun, so feel free to watch if you want to. Colin http://www.mediafire.com/?d0fhnjryzmm
  20. Hi Ken, Thanks for sending me the link really enjoyed it. Colin
  21. Hi Ken, Thank you very much. The text towards the end for the Blue Angels induction I had to make smaller in order to fit it all in, otherwise point taken. Thank you for commenting, it is appreciated. Regards, Colin
  22. Hi all, Following on from my AV of the F-18 Hornet, I have produced this presentation on the world famous Blue Angels. They fly the F/A-18 Hornet and wow the crowds with their aerobatics at air shows all over the USA. I hope you enjoy. Colin Fhttp://www.mediafire.com/?yk3nlginmkm

  24. Hi Jim, Thank you for viewing and commenting. Regarding the mouse and the keyboard, I must say I have never considered these, so will take note next time. I do realise that I should have set the show to close at the end. Once again, thank you. Regards, Colin
  25. Hi all, I have produced this short AV due my fascination of this beautiful aircraft. As an aviation fan, I have flown this aircraft in the virtual world on Flight Simulator X and enjoy the reality of climbing into the atmosphere at supersonic speeds. I realize this is not everybody's "cup of tea" as a subject and therefore have kept it short and have used the features from the O & A which I have been learning just by trial and error. I hope you enjoy and any comments from members or the experts would be welcome. Colin http://www.mediafire.com/?attn2zd4dzt
