  1. Hi Gary, I hope that you don't mind if I decline that? I am dubious about downloading these things - probably unjustifiably - but if there is any other way of getting the same info?? DG
  2. There is obviously something "wrong" or different with PGA's WAV. I can replace it with just about any WAV from my computer and a full working EXE can be reproduced. But just importing into Audition etc and re saving is not the answer. Why is this particular WAV giving this particular problem?? DG
  3. Note the message at the bottom of the WAV Properties . It might be refering to PGA's computer though. "The file came from another computer.........might be blocked to protect this computer". DG P.S. I'm getting the same problem as Gary - not being able to attach files to posts.
  4. The quick answer is: Add the Music to the first of the twenty slides via the "Add music or voice" button. Divide the length of the music by twenty and apply the resulting time to each of the twenty slides via "Customize Slide". Use the "Do not interrupt......" option in Project Options / Audio. That's just one way. DG
  5. Thank you. DG
  6. Jose, Which is "Correct" when compared to the TIME of the original Beta Video Movie?? DG
  7. Jose, If you add the video and audio components separately, what are the relative times for each component?? Mute the audio in the video and add the Audio via Project Options / Audio. Which one is "correct"?? DG
  8. Firmware updates announced today for some newer Nikon bodies - D3, 4, 800, 800e, 600, 7000, 3200. HERE DG
  9. Go to Settings > Preferences > Tools and TICK EVERYTHING. Then untick the ones you will "never use"?? DG
  10. Sometimes, because the audio is VBR?? DG
  11. I think a little more detail and a screen shot would help? I have a project which runs three converted videos in the same slide and I'm not getting those symptoms. I have just tried altering the durations and offsets of all three videos and cannot reproduce what you see. The closest I can get is if I leave the cursor at the end of the videos and alter the Slide Duration, when I click OK the O&A screen then shows 3 Green rectangles, but altering the cursor position puts this right and the green rectangles do not return. I think that the action of changing the Slide Duration momentarily causes this problem. Once you tell the system where it is in terms of time it recovers. I can't replicate a situation where a video will not play. W7 / 64 nVidia GT545. Is the second video a child of the first video (by accident or design)?? DG
  12. Here it is Steven: http://dl.dropbox.co...13_20-34-10.zip DG
  13. Hi Steven, So much for Media Fire. I will try to find it on my computer and PM you. DG
  14. Hi Steven, I was inspired by Dan Brown's description of the "Rose Cross" in "The Da Vinci Code" and posted this back in 2009: DG
  15. Thanks Steven, Nice to have some feedback and that I haven't dropped any Clangers!! DG
  16. Jeff, That was my suggestion. What is inelegant about it? If the blank slide that you link to is something like 1-2 seconds and you have a 1-2 second transition on your Master Menu then it will slide in quite elegantly. Another option - no transition - and fade the opacity of your MainMenu Objects - that way you don't see the previous slide. Another Option - no transition - put a black rectangle above the Menu and fade Opacity to zero in about 2 seconds. Lots of Options? DG
  17. Highlight PREVIEW and press UP or DOWN. DG
  18. My method for making a Standard DVD for showing a 1920x1080 Project on a HD (16:9) TV. Making a DVD.zip Nav bar is enabled. DG
  19. My reasoning: Most of us PREFER the 16:9 AR to be the Default. Some (Bert, Geoff, Maureen) would perhaps PREFER the 16:10 AR to be the Default. Is it therefore not a matter of Preference? I won't labour the point but that is the way I see it. DG.
  20. Igor, Is it not possible to make both of these OPTIONS into PREFERENCES?? DG
  21. Interesting use of the technology. I liked the Opacity effects. I also noticed that you are using the "Rose Cross" method to make the initial cube. I thought I was the only one doing that B)/>:)/>. Good work, DG
  22. Igor, I confirm this. If PREVIEW is selected the correct Air Style is shown. If the "Four Arrow" Button is used then the Nav Bar is Video Style. DG
  23. Good thinking Lin. If the video was added after the text that's very likely!! DG
  24. Open the video in OandA and add the text there. if you want the text to change during the video you need to (perhaps) split the video duration into as many clips as necessary? Use Key FrAmes on the text to fade in/out. DG
  25. I have added my two choices. 16:9 and "Fit to Slide". DG
