Tried it again. But this time I did not just click Enter. Instead I erased the 'Choose a password' and entered my password there. OK now!

Try opening and re-saving the offending pictures in another program, such as IrfanView - http://www.irfanview.com

Have you tried emptying the cache before trying another download? That just might help.

Is your show synchronized with the music, perhaps? In that case you can't have a Navigation bar.

Project Options | Main - Use your own icon (.ICO file) in ... You can make your own icons or find suitable ones on the Internet.

To add music (.MP3 or .MID - .WAV is OK too, but way too big files; .WMA is asking for trouble): Click on the button Project Options. Select the Music tab. Check Play background music. Click on button Add and locate your music. That's it! Enough?? Or don't you have any music in those formats??

And when you've registered the program you have to shut it down and then restart it. You did that too??

I hesitate to ask but ... Did you double click on the speaker in the taskbar? The line in must be chosen there! Under Recording.

I just tried pasting (Ctrl+V) some text into the Comments field. All I got was Access violation at address 004D6158 in module 'APR.EXE'. Read of address FFFFFFFF. Only on my machine or can anyone confirm this?

I'd try IrfanView - http://www.irfanview.com - which is free and handles a LOT of formats.

In IrfanView, load the picture then File | Save (or Save As). In the next box, click on the Options button. Here you can change the Save Quality of the .JPG. I think 80 is the default. You'll have to experiment here ...

Are you logged in as Admin? Perhaps that makes a difference.

Make all the choices that you want present in ALL your shows (obviously no pictures) and then just click File | Templates | Create Template from this Show. If you want to you can also make this your default template. If so, just go to File | Templates | Manage templates... and tick Default template for new projects (of course choosing your particular template from the drop down list - i.e. if you've got more than one). Is this what you asked for? Don't hesitate to ask again ...
