  1. Thanks Igor that was great and all with one image, but how did you make the last slide #10 show as a blank. I did not know that that facility was available yet in version 5. Ron [uK]
  2. Liked the effects Lin especially the raindrops on the water. Send your snow to Al by all means but don't re-direct it eastward across the pond please. Ron [uK]
  3. Thanks for the LEEK (That should bring Maureen in). Happy Birthday Ron. This should get me closer to my 1000th posting since the switch to INVISION. Ron [uK] PS I see that I have passed the 1000.
  4. Thanks everyone That was quick. Everything now working satisfactorily. Ron [uK]
  5. Unfortunately I cannot view your tutorials. In Irfanview I get a black screen with voice over. I noted that it requires Flash 8 or better but at £200 (UK) plus that is prohibitive as far as I am concerned. Regards Ron [uK]
  6. ....and a Happy New Year to you Sam. An excellent little sequence. Ron [uK]
  7. Could that then be an Al-leluha(sion)? Happy New Year Al. Ron [uK]
  8. No clicks. No burps. A flawless playback. Thanks and best wishes. Ron [uK]
  9. As I write it is 7.30 on Christmas morning here in the UK and I look forward to spending the day with my family on this my 85th Christmas. So as Santa delivers his goodies to the Americas almost at the end of his journey, may I also add my greetings to Igor and the WnSoft team and thank them for the goodies in PTE that they have given us. And too I send greetings to all the members of the Forum for the help, questions and companionship which they have given and will give in the future. MERRY CHRISTMAS. Ron [uK}
  10. No John, I cannot say that I saw the shimmer to which you refer. Ron [uK]
  11. I agree with Al, the images were great and the falling snow realistic. As regards the transitions between images it looked to me John as though you returned each time to your original background. Ron [uK]
  12. I have bitten back what I would like to have written in response to your incessant unwarranted demands on Igor, and leave it to someone more tactful. I have given for free one on one tuition on PTE to any who have taken up my offer of help and I am sure there are similar members of the forum local to you who will offer the same, just as Maureen has indicated. Please be less critical Ron [uK]
  13. It is looking great Maureen. Looking forward to downloading the sequences. Best wishes for Christmas and the New Year. Ron [uK]
  14. Same as RonH also on Creative SB Audigy 2ZS. Very smooth. Ron [uK]
  15. I agree with Mary and Tom. A number of members of the forum have pointed me in the right direction when I have sought help and I have learnt from answers to questions put by others. I too have endeavoured to input some help whenever I could. Ron [uK]
  16. Ron, you say "Yes it is expensive but the best always is." Not always - how about PTE? Ron [uK]
  17. I have reported two today, which no longer appear on the forum thanks to Guido. Ron [uK]
  18. Well done Barry. Quite a collection. I have listened to a few samples and will be making some purchases in the New Year. Ron [uK]
  19. You certainly achieved movement Paul, with your short demonstration. I downloaded and viewed before reading your comments above and noticed the "movement" through the glass of the pod. Great dedication. Well done. Ron [uK]
  20. Words fail me Paul. That was an excellent demonstration of the use of PTE 5.0 and a superb presentation of the London Eye. Thanks a million and what a target for us lesser mortals to attain. Good luck. Ron [uK]
  21. I have never used the feature either from or to and don't like it any way. So it is no problem as far as I am concerned. However some members of the forum do use it, as seen on some of the downloads, and no doubt they will comment. Ron [uK]
  22. Thanks for the progress report Igor. It is looking good. Ron [uK]
  23. Your image came through OK Chemop as an example of an introductory page to a multi-session show. Currently this can only be done in PTE Version 4.0. We are waiting for the facility to be activate in Version 5.0. A number of members of the forum including myself have contributed to this topic in previous threads on the forum. One of mine is our Club logo surrounded by portraits of members of our AV group, where you click on the portrait to open that particular member's sequence. The folder including the actual introductory sequence itself is on my website under Links. You can try all sorts of things to suit the programme. Good luck Ron [uK]
  24. Roger The reason that I have not added comments is because both Johns had covered it adequately. Nevertheless, as a child born four years after the first Great War brought up in a Naval family and growing from youth to manhood during the second, I fully appreciate the thought which went into your production. Thank you for that. Ron [uK]
  25. I don't have the answer Tony. Maybe it is a question of registration. Are you shown as "Logged in" top left? Ron [uK]
