Good idea. But I'd like to leave it for next version.

Barry, No news, sorry. The progress is very slow.

Dave, Very clever use of PTE!
-
Steve, Please try to create ISO image of DVD which contains two short slideshows (say 1 minute for each slideshow). It will help me determine the reason of this problem.
-
Dave, Probably you wanted to say 8.0, not 8.5?

Cor, I plan to write a new article how to create slide styles.

See also: How to Create Slide Styles in Version 8.0 _______ Introduction A slide style is a template of animation with optional objects. For example, you can apply Pan Left or Zoom Out animation for a selected slide. It's possible to select several slides and apply a desired style for these slides. How it works Each style shows a required number of main images/videos to apply this style. For example, you can try 'Cube' style which requires 6 main images: Add 6 images or videos to the Slide list and apply Cube style. You'll get one slide with 6 image objects instead of 6 slides with one image on each slide. If you apply Cube style to one slide with only one main image. You'll see the following: In Objects and animation editor you can add absent images for surfaces of Cube. Main Objects A style replaces images of a slide which have option "Main object". Slide may contain several main objects with different indexes. For example, "1" and "2". When you apply a style, PicturesToExe collects main images from each selected slide. So if a style requires 2 main images and your slide has 2 main object images - you can apply this style to one slide. Custom Slide Styles You can install styles created by other users of PicturesToExe and apply them in your projects. ________ Please read also: How to Create Slide Styles in Version 8.0 Linked Images

Great, work! I think it would be a fine slide style with future PicturesToExe 8.0.

I think that members can suggest a new article in the main section and if it's OK, moderators will move it to Frequently Asked Questions or Tutorials sections.

I informed Malwarebytes company about false positive in their antivirus. This problem will be solved soon:

Peter, Interesting idea. Thanks. To all: 1. With the new "Audio" section where we will discuss the following questions which are related with audio and closely linked with PTE. For example, use of the timeline in PTE, work with audio keypoints on the timeline, etc. 2. Do I understand righty that all topics related with the timeline will be moved to the Audio section? P.S. By the way, I suggest to start a poll next time which will help to see opinions of many users.

Hector, Please try to install PicturesToExe 7.5.10 to a new folder. Also when you run it first time after the installation, skip import of settings from previous version. Will it help?
-

Hello, Pleas can you create a short sequence for Mac and run it. Will it work? If yes, please send me original show which doesn't play, I'll check it up on our Mac mini with OS X 10.8.
-
Tom, I'm afraid we can't quickly solve it - it's caused by antialiasing of image and rectangle objects.
