Robert, I'm happy to learn this news! Many thanks. It gives me energy to continue our work. We'll use this information in our marketing campaign (if you allow). With gratitude,
I think that members can suggest a new article in the main section and if it's OK, moderators will move it to Frequently Asked Questions or Tutorials sections.
Peter, Interesting idea. Thanks. To all: 1. With the new "Audio" section where we will discuss the following questions which are related with audio and closely linked with PTE. For example, use of the timeline in PTE, work with audio keypoints on the timeline, etc. 2. Do I understand righty that all topics related with the timeline will be moved to the Audio section? P.S. By the way, I suggest to start a poll next time which will help to see opinions of many users.
Hector, Please try to install PicturesToExe 7.5.10 to a new folder. Also when you run it first time after the installation, skip import of settings from previous version. Will it help?
I apologize for recent problem with access to our forum. Our web hoster (HostGator) has reported about problems with servers: "Network Issues Cause HostGator, Bluehost and HostMonster Provo Data Center Outage" http://www.thewhir.com/web-hosting-news/network-issues-cause-hostgator-provo-data-center-outage http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/hostgator.com.html P.S. HostGator is hosting 9'000'000 websites.
Hello, Pleas can you create a short sequence for Mac and run it. Will it work? If yes, please send me original show which doesn't play, I'll check it up on our Mac mini with OS X 10.8.
Strange problem. Versions 7.0 and 7.5.x use same graphical mode and both work in windowed mode (not exclusive access to display). Color management should work correctly. I have NVIDIA Geforce 440 with Windows 7 64-bit and that warning doesn't appear.
Judy, I apologize for this problem! Your slideshow Laoshi-Tiaowu.exe was created in version 4.43 Beta (this version is dated by March 2005). There was a problem in version 4.4x with sound and shows had a problem with exit in Windows Vista/7/8. Since version 4.49 this problem is solved (December 2007). Version 5.0+ also doesn't have this problem (June 2007). I published a convertor for old shows created in versions 4.40-4.48 to patch EXE files with slideshows in December 2007: http://www.wnsoft.com/files/picturestoexe/previous-versions/pte449patch.zip Regrettably in case of Laoshi-Tiaowu.exe it doesn't help, because I didn't include support of beta versions. If EXE file is created in 4.40-4.48 it should work. Please try it with other files. I manually recovered Laoshi-Tiaowu.exe In v4.49: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/27544810/temp/Laoshi-Tiaowu_449.exe In 7.5.10 (without transition effect from desktop): https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/27544810/temp/Laoshi-Tiaowu_7510.exe
