I hope that you are as happy with your new toy as I am with my P900 (it's predecessor) The only problem I have had with it was the lens didn't retract when the lever was moved. I had to turn the camera off so as the lens retracted. I got that fixed and have no problems now. I think that the mechanism suffered on the trip up the west coast of Norway - wet, foggy and snow in July!

I am glad you were successful Ingrid. I have had this problem in the past either by my own lack of PTE knowledge or gremlins! On this occasion I retried to install the slidestyle and it transferred as planned. No idea why! Rosemary

Hi, Is anyone else having a problem downloading this style? I get "cannot download this style. It is damaged or made in a newer version of PTE. I am using 11.0.8. Rosemary

Thanks Dave. It took me a while but I found the pathway. This all started when I was watching a show on tv I had made about Hilo. I had spelt Pier with a double “e”. By then I had made a template and zip etc. Rosemary

I have made a spelling mistake in a show that I have created a template of. Is it possible to delete this show from Templates? Also is it possible to change the name of the show after a name has been selected for a "New show" Thanks Rosemary

Great to see you back on the forum, Barry. I whole heartily agree with you about spell check and the text module overhauled. I know, easy for me to say, but it would be so nice not to have to worry about getting text a uniform size and have a built in outlining option. Rosemary

Hi Igor, I have reworked my problem show using different slide styles and transitions. It plays beautifully so I think that the problem must be something to do with the combination of slide styles and transitions that I used in the first show. Thank you for trying to find the root cause. Rosemary

Thank you for posting a lovely show. I enjoyed it because it is so nice to see another "cruise show" We were on the Nordam from Auckland to Vancouver last March and I am trying to make a show for each port. The water slopping in the pool is familiar. We had 4 days between Hawaii and Vancouver when all the deck doors were locked as were the balcony doors. Lots of broken china and Booze bottles. Our first cruise was on the Amsterdam 29 years ago. Great ship Rosemary

Hi Igor, Thank you for trying to reproduce my transition problem. I have tried to record the screen using Windows but it doesn't work so I just used my phone. I hope you can see the problem. I shall send it via We Transfer. Thank you Jienense. I shall try your method. It is weird that this should happen after a slidestyle. Any transitions chosen after a slidestyle do not seem to register. All I have is a "cut" transition.

Igor I have sent the zip of the show. The problem now starts at slide #52 Pic DSC5128. I have also sent a message. Rosemary

I am not sure if this is the same problem as Des. I am in the middle of a show and when I try to change a transition it does not work. I have set Basic Transition Dissolve as my default. Periodically, I have tried to select "page turn" and it does not work. I have tried others with no result. The pictures appear as if there is no transition between them. I have since noticed that the transitions seem to stop working after the end of a slidestyle selection on a group of slides. I am using Windows 10 and PTE AV Studio 11.0.8. I have tried a "new show" and selected different transitions and that works fine. Thanks for any input. Rosemary

VBL 2007 - I have just tried to install this style again and it went into Slide Styles with no problem. No Idea why I would of got the message that I did.. Anyhow problem solved. Thanks again for this style and all the others of your kind donations that I have. Rosemary
