In the final version 11.0, the Publish menu has a new order of commands. HD and 4K option goes the first.

Dave, I cannot reproduce this issue. Can you send me a simple test project saved in PTE 10 ? Also make a backup of your "Styles and Transitions" folder (in Documents). Probably it has some relation to appearance of this issue.

Hi Steve, Because you're using another app to create/burn Blu-ray disc, better to ask on their official forum or contact the support. I guess that this issue is related with a frame rate. In PTE AV Studio you create a video with the best smoothness - 60p (frames per second). Probably Wondershares app is configured to create a Blur-Ray at 30p that dramatically worsens smoothness of animations.

Hi, Tell me in more details where exactly it occurs? Objects and animation editor? Version of Windows? If you mean opening the O&A editor for a selected slide, a short delay always should occurs there depending on used images/videos, usually 0.5s or 1s of grey screen while slide is loading. The same for version 10.5 and earlier versions.

Rosy, Thanks for telling me about this issue. We'll try to fix it quickly. Jill, you're right. Loading a slide starts when you move the mouse cursor. When we fix it, loading of a slide should work with the same speed as in PTE 10.5 or 9.0 UPD. I can reproduce this problem only in Windows 11. And all is OK with Windows 10. Jill do you observe this issue on Windows 7 or Windows 11?

Thanks, we'll check tomorrow on our Mac with Apple Silicon. On Intel Mac it works correctly. Normally after double click you expect to see the Slide Options window? Will it crash if you click to an image (to select it) and then click the Slide Options window? Do you use a touchpad or MagicMouse? I guess that it also should crash in version 10.5 in a fullscreen mode? Can you check?

Thanks for the confirmation. Can you check again the latest version (which has HEIC fix) for crashes? If the problem will occur again, can you send us a project where this crash occurs? If it possible, use a command "Create backup in a ZIP" from the main menu > File menu. Max file size is 4 GB. Thanks, I see this strange behaviour. It also doesn't work in previous v10.5. We need some time to add compatibility of drag'n'drop function with a fullscreen mode. Not sure how much time it may take, sorry.

Versions 11.0 Beta and Release Candidate install into different folders and different shortcuts in the Start menu. You can simply uninstall Beta version in Windows Settings to make sure that you have only Release Candidate version.

UPD. When you work as usually with your Mac and crashes occur, check memory usage of V11 RC3 in Activity Monitor. Probably memory leaks occur with certain files - HEIC or MTS videos.
