  1. Thank you Robert! DG
  2. Thank you, feel free to edit or adjust as you wish. DG
  3. Hi Wideangle, That has not happened to me on my W7 and W10 PCs. Mur did not report it either. If you can reproduce the Error please post in General so that Igor can investigate when he gets back to work. DG
  4. Sometimes I see a Transition on TV etc and wonder if or how I could do it in PTE. A challenge. This is such a challenge. I have called it Origami for want of a better name. Included in the ZIP are the Custom Transition, the Demo Style and individual Styles for each of the four directions of the CT. Follow the instructions in the Style. As always these are just ideas - feel free to Edit or Adjust. DG Origami 1.zip
  5. The Triptychs below use three 2x3 images. Add three 2x3 Images to the Slide List of a 16x9 Project and apply the style. Animation can be applied via the Animation Frame and the Frames 1-3. 3D Triptych 3 Portraits.ptestyle Some suggestions as to how they could be animated: 3D Triptych 3 Portraits Demo.ptestyle This one has a Blurred BG. Add three 2x3 Images and a 16x9 Image (in that order ) to a 16x9 Project and apply the style. 3D Triptych 3 Portraits with BG.ptestyle These are just ideas - feel free to edit and/or adjust. DG P.S. Regarding 2x3 Images: Pre-prepared 2x3 Images (e.g. 800x1200) are advisable. Note that "some" DSLRs do not produce 2x3 images SOOC.

  7. Some Text Caption Styles which incorporate an "Advanced" Push Transition. The CT is attached separately and is available in four directions. Add your Caption before applying the Style. One Image required as BG. The Caption animates independent of the BGs which Dissolve into each other. The CTs could also be used with Images which are less than 100% of full screen. Use a Splitter and a Blurred version of the Main Image for example. These are just ideas - feel free to edit and/or adjust. Text.ptestyle Advanced Push Transisition.pteeff DG P.S. Styles are Optimised for 16:9 Projects
  8. Take a look at your settings menu. Table view of Slide List. DG

The Windows solution is to key Ctrl - Alt - Del and use the menu to close the programme. DG
  10. No Jose, not masks. DG
  11. Denis, I would go so far as to say that it is necessary to do this in readiness for version 10. Some CT's are not compatible with version 9. PTE users of Default Styles should not have to wait until version 10 for an upgrade to a CT which has been around for many versions. Version 9.5?? DG
  12. Jose, Most of the "Standard" Transitions and Styles need to be brought up to date to take advantage of Version 9 Techology. I posted a week or two ago that a recently posted Style did not have instructions included in the Style. But Styles are easier in that they can be applied and edited and re-saved. With CT's, some can be duplicated and saved as "Advanced" versions but the "Curling of Page" is one which might need just a little extra. If the Version 9 parameters "Use Background from Slide" and "Transparent background of Slides" (now default) could be added to all variants of the Curling Page Transition then it would do as you ask. Your Text (above the Splitter) would curl in any direction over the Static BG (Below the Splitter). A simple opening book Transition with a PNG TEXT in the first slide verifies this. PTE (and some authors of CT's and Styles) need to drag themselves into Version 9 DG
  13. It MIGHT be possible using the "Slide Options" window for the last slide in any "show". HOWEVER, the person(s) constructing the "spectacular" would need access to the PROJECT files rather than the EXE files. https://docs.picturestoexe.com/en-us/9.0/project_settings_1/slide_settings?s[]=slide&s[]=options

  16. Firstly, do you mean the SLIDE LIST?? If so just click on a slide (IN THE SLIDE LIST) and drag it to the new position. In the Timeline click on the Slide Number above the Slide Icon. DG
  17. Why are the instructions not in the Style?? (If this is the Style that the OP is refering to). Inexcusable and so easily changed retrospectively! Wedding 3 Portraits 2017.ptestyle I cannot add the Border dimensions at this time - as far as I am aware only Heineken Igor can do this. DG
  18. Where's the confusion?? If you Convert and Trim etc your video from the File List then there is nothing else to do. Use of third party software is optional and I have never found the need. DG
  19. Two Styles and a DEMO Style. Please use a 16:9 Image in a 16:9 Project and read the notes in the Styles. 3D Triptych 1 produces three 2:3 sections and crops the top and bottom of the 16:9 Image. 3D Triptych 1.ptestyle 3D Triptych 2 uses the full 16:9 Image apart from the wraparound. 3D Triptych 2.ptestyle The 3D Triptych Demo shows the possible animations and their limitations. 3D Triptych Demo.ptestyle DG
  20. When the Converted File is added to the File List it contains the suffix "Converted". DG

  23. If you have to EDIT the Menu in a new or updated version you can choose a different option to run "older" exe files created in a previous version. If you are not editing the Menu don't publish it.

  25. I have found an interesting possibility in the creation of Caption Styles. If the Text from which the "Text Comment" is made is split into three lines then the Style Application window looks something like this: Note the lines which separate the three sections of the Text Comment. If these lines are preserved then any amount of text can be placed in each of the three sections to produce the end result - a Text Comment in three lines. (Yes I know that you can do it manually). Another tool for Style Makers?
