  1. Hello, my name is Renzo. I just purchased Pte AV Studio 11, and I've been trying to figure out the central command line for soundtracks for quite some time. Is this normal? I suppose I need to purchase Pte AV Studio 11 PRO. If someone could tell me what's wrong, please let me know. Looking forward to a reply. Best regards. Renzo Renzo this is an English Forum, Please use Google Translate or similar to post in English. You need the Pro Version to be able to adjust the Volume of the Soundtrack. Jill
  2. It does sound like hardware. When you upgraded your ram did you leave the old ram in place & just add extra or is it all new? And is it evenly spaced throughout the ram slots? If you have some old then is the new compatible with it. Your image sizes are small so they shouldn't be a problem. Jill
  3. Sounds like it could be a memory problem. Are you running any other programs at the same time as PTE? I assume you mean you have 32 GB of ram? Which should be plenty. But it could be that another program is taking it up. Also how big are your images? Jill

  5. check which Colour Space you are working in. sRGB is the recommended one to use, but you can change it depending on your monitor setup. See Settings/Preferences/System jpg format is normally the best to use if you are going to convert your images Jill
  6. you can already do this in a way by using the Ring Shadow option. Jill
  7. What type of Transitions are you using? If you just use a Dissolve, Page or Shape Transition then it shouldn't have any effect on the Text. I often carry my Title across 2 Slides but I always use the Transitions mentioned above. I find all of the others are too gimmicky & distract from the images & story. It depends what you are trying to achieve? Jill
  8. Easy, just copy & Paste the Text in O&A onto all the Slides you need. Jill
  9. Hi Enid, I have just updated to 11.0.18 now & the magnifying glass is still there. Nothing has changed, so not sure why you are having problems. Try uninstalling & re-install again. Are you Windows or Mac? Jill
  10. In O&A Select Add Masks, Tick the Displacment Map & select Lens from the drop down Jill
  11. What is your Graphics card? How much VRam Does it have dual Graphics ie also an intel chip. If so then make sure PTE is using the main Graphics Card What is your Monitor Resolution What Resolution & Frame Rate is the video I have never had flickering, only some occasional stuttering when using a very large 1.5 GB video that I was taking 5 secs clips from. But if everything is ok in the final MP4 then I wouldn't worry too much about it. Maybe if you are only using a small portion of the video then try Converting/Triming it first Jill
  12. The latest version is 11.0.18 Are you running on desktop or laptop. If laptop make sure you are plugged in, not battery. Are you Mac or Windows. How large is the video file. Jill
  13. No problem, glad you have managed to sort it out. Jill
  14. Hi Trevor, there is no such thing as a dumb question. We all have to learn. You need to set keyframes on the curve & then use the Pan with the Smooth Move Modifier. You need 3 KeyFrames & the Smooth Move Modifier goes on the middle one of the 3. Hope this helps, just play around until you get it. Jill
  15. It will be much easier if you can find a video of the sparkles & then just overlay that onto your book image. You can then fade it in & out at the appropriate time. Jill
  16. As Denis says, use the offset. Set that to the time you want the video to start playing and use keyframes to adjust the opacity as you already have. Jill
  17. You need to select a suitable font for how you want it to appear. Jill
  18. Looking at your image they appear to have snapped top and bottom. Try adjusting the grid size and the images just so you can see what happens. Jill
  19. Which version of PTE? PC or MAC? I have just tried & it works, but your image has to be smaller than the full frame. (PC V11) Jill
  20. just drag the left triangle to the right to adjust the start time. What I do when working with a long video is to open another copy of PTE & add the original video. I can easily drag the play head to roughly where I want to edit, then Trim the start. I then adjust that mostly in Timeline, but with fine adjustments in O&A. I then copy that Slide into my Project & the video is the correct length for what I want. If you are worried about them all having the same name, then just change the Slide Name in Slide Options. If you keep it all with the same filename then PTE is only having to load it once, rather than having to load lots of separate files. Hopefully there will be easier ways to edit video in V12 Jill
  21. If you use the Timeline view rather than going into O&A to trim the video, then just play the video up to the point you want it to start. Then right click & Trim Beginning of video. For the end point I just drop the next slide in at the point I want it to end. If you don't get it exactly right then you can always fine tune it in O&A afterwards. I find this method quick & easy Jill
  22. you go from 0 to 720 - so it gives a complete rotation twice. By going back to 0 it will rotate twice in the opposite direction, ie going back to the starting point. K3 needs to be 1440 for it to keep rotating twice more in the same direction Jill
  23. The Slide Time in Project Options is the default time when adding new Slides. You Adjust the Time for existing Slides in Timeline View. Move the Slides/Videos along the Timeline to fit your Music. If you have 'Sync Slides to Music' unticked then when you play Full screen the music will always start at the beginning. If 'Sync' is ticked then the music plays from the point you are at in the Timeline. When playing in the Timeline view in the Mini Preview window, the music always plays from the point you are at regardless of the setting of 'Sync' It was exactly the same in V10, no changes in V11 Jill
  24. I have not had any of these problems that you describe. There is no difference between V10 & V11 that would cause this. Even if you wish to adjust the music manually you still need to keep the 'Sync Music to Slides' ticked, so that it will play correctly with the Slides. I do not understand how the timings can change when you save the show & reopen it. Make sure you are using the latest version 11 & also untick 'Full Duration' as this can cause problems if you move Slides to different position or even adjust the timings. Jill
