It will save the file "PTE_KeyCopy.txt". Load this file and use in the upgrade form

PayPro Global is a Canadian company. I just corrected the upgrade price in GBP. Now it's £22 for the UK + VAT. Probably I'll turn on dynamic price for the UK customers, the prices in GBP will depend on current rate of USD.

I'll collect all responses and we'll try to improve the upgrade page. It's first time when a new version requires to upgrade for all users. So we have more questions and problems, especially during first days.

misterk, DavyC, I apologize for difficulties with the upgrades! The upgrade form on WnSoft website should work correctly. I tested it many times with different keys. We successfully received the orders for the upgrade to PicturesToExe 8. I see two typical problems: 1. The order page on WnSoft website contains two links: - Upgrade from versions 1.0 – 6.5 to Deluxe edition - Upgrade from versions 7.0 – 7.5 to Deluxe edition First link - intended for long license keys (or a key in a file) which we sent to customers up to version 6.5 The second link - for short license keys since version 7.0. Regrettably some users tried to enter key to a wrong form intended for another type of a license key and it doesn't work. 2. In case of the problems with a long license key entered to necessary form, users submited a modified key with removed beginning of the key. The key should be entered "as is", like it was entered to activate old versions of PicturesToExe. We use services of PayPro Global to accept payments. Companies can return VAT after purchasing. They should contact to support@payproglobal.com Thanks for this information! I'll contact to PayPro Global to clear this situation.

I thought VAT will be added regardless of chosen currency. Because it should be based on the country which you set in your order.

I just checked up - the cost of the upgrade for the UK is £25 + VAT. It should be equal to $34.

Please don't publish your current key on the forum! The order page on WnSoft site http://www.wnsoft.com/picturestoexe/buy/ contains two links: 1. Upgrade from versions 1.0 – 6.5 to Deluxe edition 2. Upgrade from versions 7.0 – 7.5 to Deluxe edition When you click to the link, you'll see a form to enter your current license key. First link allows you to enter long license license. Because for these versions (up to 6.5) we sent only long keys as a text or as a file. The second link allows to enter short license keys which we sent for versions 7.0 and 7.5. Anthony, 1. Please make sure that you enter a license key from the email which you received after the upgrade. Or from the personal message I sent you. Last symbols in your key - ...Q0L21 2. Also just for case I attached screenshot with a window where users enter license keys. It looks differently in versions 8.0 and 7.5.

Versions 7.5 and 8.0 consume a little more memory than version 6.5. But not significantly. Your AV show is balancing around 2 GB. So any small factor can be "a last straw".

Please check up memory consumption in the Task Manager for PicturesToExe. It should be lower than 2 GB.

Please try to optimize size of images. I downloaded the original show and opened it in PicturesToExe 7.5. This show consumes almost 2 GB of memory and this may explain why some images could not be loaded.

Hello, Please save this project under a new name and remove all other slides. Can you see this problem with only one slide with GIF images? If yes, please send me source files of this project. We'll try to find the reason of this problem and fix it.

Douglas, Thanks for testing! I think both versions - 7.5 and 8.0 Beta have failed to load the certain project on the startup of PicturesToExe. When you do a new installation and skip import of the settings from previous versions, PicturesToExe doesn't load any project and shows a blank project. If you imported the settings from version 7.0, please run this version and look what project is loaded by default on the startup. Then try to open this project manually in version 7.5 or 8.0. If PicturesToExe will freeze, we'll determine where the problem occur. Please send me source files of that problem, if it causes freezes of versions 7.5 / 8.0. Thanks,

Douglas, I forgot to ask. If I understood rightly you have this problem with both versions - 7.5 and 8.0. Right? Did you have same problem with 7.5 earlier, or with previous versions of PicturesToExe on your PC? Try to uninstall version 7.5, install again and when PicturesToExe will suggest to import settings from the previous versions, please SKIP this action. Will it help to run PicturesToExe 7.5?
