Hi Annie, What version of PTE AV Studio you use? Windows or Mac? Can you upload a simple test project to show this problem? Use a command Create backup in a ZIP from the main menu > File menu. You can upload the ZIP archive to WeTransfer.com or Google Drive and send us a download link.

Gary, I couldn't reproduce that error with the latest project. Sorry. Where are located files of your projects? Local drive or network drive? Can you try to unpack and open your project on another PC?

Gary, we cannot reproduce this problem with errors in waveforms. I see that you sent me .pte project file saved in the latest version (10.5.7). Can you send me original .pte file for this project? Probably this issue occurs only when you open unmodified old .pte project saved in the old version?

Gary, currently ZIP archive should be below 4 GB.

Adjust Time window also now (11.0) includes a preview with a sound to control trimming.

Gary, Can you try the following: Copy one MP3 file which causes this problem. Rename it and put to a new folder. Start a new project, add several images and this renamed MP3 file. Does it show correctly its waveform? Send any project (old one, or a test project) where I can reproduce this issue. All files in a ZIP.

Jill, Just a sound, no waveform. To see a waveform, I recommend to use directly PTE AV Studio's project with one slide as a video clip. It will give more flexibility. Sometimes I used this approach for my personal videos.

Hi, Did you solve this problem? What is your computer - PC or Mac? I checked a test project with missing TIFF images and Missing Files window helps to find and recover paths to lost files.

Hi Gary, PTE AV Studio couldn't extract waveform for "04 LA..." MP3 file. Probably this audio file was locked by another app? Or did you open two copies of PTE AV Studio or PicturesToExe at the same time? I recommend to close all PTE copies and clear the cache of waveforms manually: C:\Users\YourComputerName\AppData\Local\WnSoft-WaveCache

Hi, DVD-Video output still available in PTE AV Studio 10.5 unofficially. See the Main menu > Publish menu. P.S. We highly recommend to consider MP4 video output with HD or 4K quality.

Gary, I've adjusted the search flood control option. Earlier it was 20 seconds and now I set 10 seconds. So if you go to the next page after 10 seconds, it will be show immediately without any warning. I think that 10 seconds should be enough because one page shows 25 results. The search function affects to a performance of the server for other users. So we should keep reasonable timeout for a good performance of the server.

Gary, I confirm this. It seems that this limitation occurs for members, not for administrator. This is why I didn't observe it earlier. We'll try to fix it.

Hi, 1. Download PTE AV Player installation DMG file. Double click on DMG file and copy the app icon to Applications. 2. Run PTE AV Player manually once from Applications. 3. In Finder double click on any show (.pteav file) which you created in PTE AV Studio for Mac.

Hi Rosemary, Upload a full project, use a command Create backup in a ZIP from the Main menu > File menu. I could open your .pte project with missing files. On first glance an animation is smooth in a fullscreen mode. Probably other members can help you?

Hi, Usually apps on Mac are being deleted by moving an app icon in to the Bin. We wrote the uninstaller utility which can remove all settings of PTE AV Studio, a license key and custom styles/templates (optionally). https://files.wnsoft.com/pteavstudio/RemovePTEAVStudio.app-10-5.zip If you have any problem with PTE AV Studio 10.5 Pro on Mac, I recommend to use this utility to clean up all settings and then re-install PTE AV Studio.

We added vector icons (scalable) for future version 11.0: They're based on Webdings and Wingdings fonts which are installed on any PC or Mac by default.
