  1. I do like the idea. Should not only work for images, but also for video clips. The ctrl key is a good suggestion too. Once dropped onto a slide, the O&A panel should automatically open, in order to immediately be able to edit/adjust the settings for the dropped asset.
  2. Thanks a lot. Just pre-ordered few mins ago 26725492.
  3. Very nice show of a very nice small Flemisch city.
  4. I always use 16x9 mp4 to view on 4KUHD TV.
  5. Well that's exactly what I've been doing since, make my own styles that combined features I often use.
  6. Not being able to apply more then one style to a slide is a serious shortcoming IMHO. It was the first caveat I encountered when I switched from Proshow Producer to pte av studio pro. Work on the shelf for Igor.
  7. Thanks Igor. Wish you all at WnSoft and all the users of this forum a Merry Christmas and a Happy and a Healty New Year.
  8. Despithe my mother language being Dutch (Flemish), I normally use the English version but had a look at Nederlands and Nederlands 2 and altough I see some differences in word usage, I feel like both are very acceptable. Some translations are "better" in Nederlands, for others I'd prefer the Nederlands 2 version. I'ts also a matter of personal preferences. An example: In lower right corner one can select Slide or Timeline view. Here I prefer Dialijst, it's more descriptive than Dialijn. In general if I would use the Dutch layout, I'd go for Nederlands and not for Nederlands 2.
  9. No problem here eighter with 4k mov's from iPhone XS as source files.
  10. I fully support both suggestions. That option to export the soundtrack to file, being placed in that dropdown menu is highly unintuitive. My suggestion would be to place it under the Publish button.
  11. Oeps, I missed that. Yes, confirmed it doesn't work in build 4 if file name contains a space. Thanks for pointing me to that.
  12. That's strange. I tested this with a Dutch version 10.0.13 Build 4 and that Play button works as expected here. Could this be licalisation related?
  13. Tested with 10.0.9 and 10.0.10 on a sytem with Win 10 Pro Version 1903 build 18362.778 and I can not repro, works as expected using the F4 key and the triangle.
  14. Thanks for the info. So you already tried my suggestion before and it didn't work, apparently.
  15. Not sure if it would have been a solution, but what I would have tried is not using key points to lower the volume of the "bite" but rather trim it by grabbing the end and drag it to the left.
  16. Former Proshow Gold and Producer user too. Didn't want to switch to Photopia because of the subscription model.
  17. Nice pan's Dom. Yes I'm interested.
  18. Thanks thedom for these great styles.
  19. Here is another newbie that thinks you need to start PTE AV Studio 10, start a new show and add a blank slide. Then click the button Styles and Themes and in that window select Import style from the Tools button. There might be other way(s) I am not aware of.
  20. Same rules apply in Belgium. Work from home and keep it safe.
  21. Thank you so much Lin and Mary for the details. Before I posted my question, I did create a new style that combined sepia with cover. Thanks to you both I now see that there are more straightforward ways to achieve that. As with many editors, it looks like also with PTE AV Studio Pro, there are several roads that lead to Rome. Sepia and fill screen is a combination I use now and then, I only mentioned it as an example. Your sugestions led me to a better understanding of how AV Studio is designed and how flexible the program is. Thanks again, it's much appreciated.
  22. I am slowly getting the grips of PTE AV Studio. Quite some editing software allows applying several effects on the same picture. Not so PTEAV Studio? I want to have a 4:3 pic cover the 16:9 screen and change color to sepia. It looks to me that one cannot achieve that by first applying the color style and then the image style. The first always replaces the next one. This is how I worked around to get the wanted result: 1. Apply the sepia style 2. Go to O and A and apply a zoom to get the 16:9 3.Click Close go back to project timeline 4 Click Styles and Themes 5. Click Tools and select Create Style. Is this the intended workflow? Looks quite a cumbersome affair to me.
  23. I am really impressed by what you guys can do with the software. With 73 on my counter, I am sure I'll never reach your skill levels. BTW, I just bought the pro version.
