By the way, fully rewritten slide show engine (EXE) of v5.00 - 275 KB (instead of 254 KB of v4.48) Only on 20 KB larger. All included to 275 KB - built-in support of JPEG, built-in MP3 player, built-in PNG, GIF, two graphical engines (Direct 3D and CPU based engines). Also Aleksey and Pavel created compact and small libraries of code - result of several year's work.

Close utility and please send me generated log file. 2) Also what parameters of your MP3 file? 16 bit, Stereo, 44,1 KHz? 3) I just prepared special build of PicturesToExe: http://www.wnsoft.com/test/apr-deluxe_musictest.zip (2 MB) Will it solve problem with synchronization? Please use this beta only for this test, it's test version.

Alain, 1) - Template is not an usual project. So if you want you can adjust global folder where all templates will be stored. - Also of course PTE asks you save the project, because you save template, but didn't saved project - it's different projects now. 2 and 3) It's necessary to update modified template via Ctrl+T. It will suggest existing name of this template and ask to replace old template. Click Yes, and template will be updated.

Markus, Richard, Did you set checked "Synchronize music and slide" option in Main tab of Project options?

This option can be useful when you have a button and action to run some another EXE application. Slide show will wait when you come back again.

I just found this bug with repeating of music if "Stop after show" option choosed. Will fix in next beta. Set "Synchronize music and slides" option and Preview of a slide will work as you want - music will start from this slide.

Yes, registration server on RegNow website crashed. I just wrote them about it. I apologize for this unpleasant problem! We'll send keys manually today-tomorrow.

This problem happens on ATI video cards with calibrated display. It's a bug in ATI drivers for Windows XP. Their drivers for Windows Vista already fixed this problem. I wrote to ATI and they promissed fix it Windows XP, too. The only current solution - disable "Hardware acceleration" option in Screen tab of Project options.
