  1. Hi, I've sent you an invitation, please accept it. And then open this page: https://www.pteavstudio.com/forums/forum/84-topics/
  2. PTE AV Studio 10.0.13 is available Dowload: https://files.wnsoft.com/pteavstudio/pteavstudio-setup.exe Or use Auto Update feature: Main menu > Help > Check for Free Updates. Fixed problem with playback of some WMV video clips which have a thumbnail picture. Fixed problem with “Do not include file to EXE” option for a video clip placed on a parent object. Fixed problem with a full screen preview in future Windows 10 October 2020 Update. Reduced file size of executable show with video clips.
  3. Jill, He can also try new PTE 10 Beta (64-bit) for Mac. Currently this product can't produce executable shows for Mac, but he can run a fullscreen preview. Of course, it may require more than a day to learn a new version.
  4. Jill, PTE 9 creates 32-bit executable shows for Mac. Regrettably macOS Catalina now supports only 64-bit apps. No 32-bit support. The only solution is to recreate shows in a MP4 video format. Or use another Mac with macOS Mojave. P.S. Mac version of PTE 10 will be 64-bit app.
  5. Hi, You can try a Beta version of PTE AV Studio 10.0.13: https://files.wnsoft.com/test/pteavstudio-setup.exe Fixed problem with playback of some WMV video clips which have a thumbnail picture. 6. Tom, We fixed this problem: https://files.wnsoft.com/test/pteavstudio-setup.exe
  7. Tom, Thanks, we'll fix it today later.
  8. Denis, Thanks for the confirmation.
  9. Sarit, I apologize for a late response. It seems that I missed your last reply. Did you try to create two 4K videos - without "Hardware accelleration" option and when this option is ticked. Right? What exactly happened when you tried this? If the program freezes and can't create a 4K video, it will be a first case of such problem during last several months. There is no limitations for a number of created video files, nor in a trial version, nor in the full version.
  10. Tom, Thanks for testing and confirmation! There was a change in a behaviour of Windows 10. We had to add a fix for this situation. I don't know if Microsoft will fix it in the final version or not, but we'll release official update 10.0.13 next week. Do you observe this problem with other projects, not Sample Project? I can't reproduce it with Windows 10 May 2020 Update. Will check on Insider Preview version on Monday.
  11. Tom, Try a new test version: https://files.wnsoft.com/test/pteavstudio-setup.exe
  12. Denis, Try a new test version: https://files.wnsoft.com/test/pteavstudio-setup.exe
  13. Bart, You can rotate a video clip manually in the Objects and animation editor. And then encode new video with requires parameters. Just set the same frame rate as original video.
  14. You're welcome! Use another email address (Gmail for example) in case of our missing replies. I remember that we had a similar issues with Yahoo mail server.
  15. Hello James, I apologize for this problem. Did you check a spam folder in your mail app? Did you use the same email address: ji.....s@yahoo.com as on this forum? I couldn't find your tickets. VideoBuilder in PicturesToExe 7.5 requires a newer license (not from version 6.5). All other features will continue to work in version 7.5 with your old license. I've sent you a personal message with a small gift - a new license key which works with version 8.0 and VideoBuilder. P.S. Please consider an upgrade to version 10.0 in future - it's a really good product with many improvements.
  16. Hi, Today we updated the forum software (Invision Power Board) to the latest version 4.5. Please let me know, if something works wrong.
  17. Hi Andrew, I sent you an invitation throught the forum. Please accept it and then open this link: https://www.pteavstudio.com/forums/forum/84-topics/ It's will be especially interesting to see results of testing on Mac Pro.

  19. Hi, We recommend to install VideoBuilder from PTE AV Studio. It takes several seconds. If you wish to backup VideoBuilder program manually, you can find it here: C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\PicturesToExe\Versions\10.0\VideoBuilder\ 2. Also you need to modify this file according folder where installed PTE AV Studio: C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\PicturesToExe\Versions\10.0\VideoBuilder\Config.ini PathToPTE=C:\Program Files\WnSoft\PTE AV Studio 10.0\Main\PTEAVStudio.exe

  21. Steve, I'm glad that 4K video plays fine now on your TV. Regarding "Hardware acceleration" option. Try to encode video in Custom preset and change "Mode" from "Quality: 100%" to "Bitrate: 14000" or 20000.
  22. Did you try to play DVD-Video disc on another computer or on TV, or in another video player, not VLC? Try to create and burn a DVD-Video disc in another software to compare results with PTE. Also when you burn DVD-Video in PTE, it's possible to create single MPEG2 video files (see the last page with output settings in VideoBuilder). Try to play created MPEG2 video files in a video player.
  23. Hi, You can send me a personal message through this forum. Regrettably we don't provide phone support. I'll try to reply quickly. Try to create 2 videos: with "Hardware acceleration" option, and without this option. Both in 4K, High quality, 60p.
  24. Steve, According results, I asume that 4K video created without "Hardware acceleration" option plays fine on your 4K TV. Right?
  25. Hi Steve, A trial version of PTE AV Studio includes all features of the full version. Normally 4K videos created in PTE AV Studio should play on 4K TVs. Did you use "Hardware acceleration" option in parameters of video output? If yes, try to untick it. Or enable this option (it will require a modern desktop computer with NVIDIA Geforce graphics 1050 or higher). Can you check exact version number in the About window? See the main menu > Help > About. The latest version 10.0.12. Also let me know a model name of your TV.
