Anyone Uploading files to Slideshowclub?
Barry Beckham replied to cagney123's topic in General Discussion
The posting method that seems to be the most popular is to output your presentation to an Mp4 video at 60p and post it to YouTube. You can link directly to that show from the forum. Example below -

I wouldn’t put money on this, but I think it’s an issue at the software/forum end. I’ve had the -200 issue on my own forum in the past and it was an issue with the forum software, or a server setting. -
Shut down Photoshop before installing PTE
Barry Beckham replied to Barry Beckham's topic in Troubleshooting
I was a bit skeptical that Photoshop would cause this, but posted just for info, probably never happen again. ‘Many thanks -
I’m not sure if this will help someone, but a recent contact to me could not get the Themes & Styles button to work in PTE AV Studio. I made all the usual suggestions about a reboot and clean instal and also removing cache, but he said it had no affect. I’ve just been told that closing down Photoshop before installing PTE AV Studio has cured the problem, but something doesn’t seem right to me. However, I thought I’d post it for information.

Can you define “Modern”

You Can’t

The trouble is that many newer users of the software assume it’s something they have done wrong or there is a setting somewhere that needs their attention. The result is they are sidetracked away from the creative side of making a presentation and spend time looking for an error or mistake, that’s not there to find. Thats not fun.

Tom. How can you use 10 different screen recorders to a sufficient level to then be able to accurately assess them against each other? It would take me an age to do that.

How many audio clips are you referring to and what length would they be in total?
-
It’s called Audio editing and Crossfade

Perhaps the pleasure in creating something special is the fact that we like to do it ourselves. I don’t see how you can have sophisticated software with the appeal that keeps it popular, without a learning curve to go with it. Personally, I don’t like to hand over a creative subject to a computer, but I have no problem with software that offers that automation to those who want it. However, there is something in that old saying that Jack of all trades tend to be masters of none.

Try one page. Open a page from your book into Coral Paint and then an image you want to use. Try dragging the image onto the page. You may have to resize the image, but that is generally available in all image editing programs.

In the 3D book video I concentrated of creating the book and pages. To get the images onto the pages, I suggested that an image editor was used. That way you get to arrange the images on each page. So, you would open page 1 of your book into an image editor like Photoshop and add the images there. Then save that page with the same name, back into your project folder. It replaces the original page, but now it has your photo content on the page. Alternatively, create your images (you would still need an image editor) at the same size as the pages and save them with the same name as the page, so the image becomes the page. This is not quite so creative as using an image editor. The fact that you need both portrait and landscape images on the pages, suggests you should be using an image editor. Do you have one and can you tell me what that is. Photoshop, Elements ?
