  5. Gary, jt49, It's definitely a bug. I confirm this problem and we'll fix it. Thanks. Please start a new topic and give me more details.
  6. We'll explore this problem now.
  7. Gary, We finally reproduced this problem. No need for further testing. Thanks!
  8. Gary, 1. Do I understand you rightly, that my EXE file looks wrong on your another PC? 2. Can you install PTE on this PC and open this project in the O&A editor? Does Italianate font look correctly? 3. Please run the following 2 test EXE shows: http://files.wnsoft.com/test/test-georgia.exe Here I change your font to Georgia http://files.wnsoft.com/test/test-italinate.exe Here I used your original font Italianate. How these EXE files will look on your another PC?

    error

Please tell me in more details about this problem. What you did before this error occured?
  10. Gary, Thanks, I've received your files. It seems that a problem occur on a computer where you created this original EXE file. PTE incorrectly converted this text object to vector data with this font. If I install this font on my Windows 10 and I open your project, everything is OK. Created EXE file looks rightly. Please run PTE on a computer when you created this EXE (with wrong text font). Open this project and open the Objects and animation editor for Slide 3. Do you see correct or wrong view of a text object? Send me a screenshot please.
  11. Thanks, it seems to be a bug. We'll check this code.
  12. Thanks, I confirm this problem. We'll fix it soon.
  13. Lin, Thanks, I confirm this problem.
  14. Gary, Please send me: 1. Your EXE file. 2. Source project files in a ZIP. Also let me know version of Windows on a PC where the EXE file with this font looks incorrectly. In theory, once EXE file is created all text objects are converted to vector data and should be shown correctly on any PC or Mac. I tested your font file on my PC with Windows 10 - text objects look correctly.
  15. Jill, Thanks, I can wait.
  16. Hi, I recently upgraded my old computer at office. We purchased Gigabyte NVIDIA Geforce 1060 WindForce 3 GB (there is also 6 GB version): http://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N1060WF2OC-3GD#kf This video card works extemelly well with PicturesToExe 9. All effects and transitions are played very smooth. I think it will handle any effects in all future versions of PicturesToExe. I tested it at 1920 x 1080 and probably it also should work at 4K resolution. I was pleasantly surprised that this video card works absolutely silent when I work in PicturesToExe 9 or watch any executable slideshows, or use web browser. Fans start only if I launch a heavy 3D game. Highly recommended.
  17. Denis, Please send me this Animated GIF.
  18. PicturesToExe 9 works only on Windows. The only way to run it on macOS is to use Parallels or VMWare emulation with Windows. You can create executable slideshows for macOS (Sierra). More information: http://docs.picturestoexe.com/en-us/9.0/techniques/mac
  19. Hello, I apologize for this problem! It seems that both emails (license key from PayPro and our reply on your request didn't reach you). Please check your spam folder. I just sent your license key in a personal message.
  20. Did you perform drag-and-drop of images/videos from the File list to the Slide list / timeline before this problem?
  21. Lin, please can you explain? Denis, Yes, we plan this feature once we will use new video decoders.
  22. Denis, It's OK. This Animated GIF has an infinite number of repeats. A video object has a fixed duration. So we set a very long duration for this video object (GIF).
  23. Thanks, we'll check possible sources of this problem.
  24. Denis, Thanks, it seems to be a strange bug. On my PC a priority becomes "Background" (low). We'll explore this issue.
  25. Hi Barry, Thanks, I couldn't reproduce this problem. If you can, please send me a step-by-step instruction.
