Robert, The "Lock All Tracks" is an option of PicturesToExe, not a project. When you enable this option it works for all opened projects. If the program crashed and you recently change a state of this option, PTE could miss to save a state of the option. Normally PTE should not crash and I didn't see this problem a long time. If you can reproduce a situation when PTE crashes, please try to repeat it and let me know.

Bruno, Right now we're reworking the code for new YouTube authorisation. It should solve all these issues. The updated version will be ready soon (probably 9.0.2 or 9.0.3). As a temporary workaround, please create MP4 video and then upload manually to YouTube website.

Also file size of MP4 video will be less on 20-70% (depending on source images and animation). - If you add JPEG images in Adobe RGB color space, PTE 9 will correctly work with them now. - Try new Framing animation to create a zoom in a frame. - New "Find Missing Files" window. Ability to find and recover broken links to files of a project - PicturesToExe opens a project 30% faster Many improvements and new features may be useful you if you decide to create more complex projects.
