  1. Mark, Paul, We fixed this problem. Please try PTE 8.0.22 Beta: http://files.wnsoft.com/test/mac/picturestoexe-setup.exe If everything is OK, I'll publish it as official version 8.0.22. Open your project in PTE 8.0.22 Beta and build new Mac presentation
  2. I reported to Apple about this problem. Also we're working on the alternate solution to fix this problem.
  3. I apologize for this problem. For some reason, system function in MacOS Sierra 10.12.2 can't load JPEG images. We'll change JPEG loader to fix this problem. The updated version should be ready soon. P.S. Probably Apple will fix this issue in the next update of MacOS.
  4. Yes, same problem with Mac executables from PTE 9 Beta.
  5. I confirm this problem with PicturesToExe executables on MacOS Sierra 10.2.2. We'll work on this issue.
  6. Mark, OK, I'll check today later, I have iMac with MacOS Sierra at home.
  7. Mark, What version of MacOS was installed earlier?
  8. Dave, Thanks for this slide style!
  9. Jill, Many thanks for this information! We're happy that so many AV shows were created with use of PicturesToExe!

Please send me a link to Vimeo video. And original MP4 video file which you used for uploading to Vimeo. I'll check.

If a MP4 video file produced in PTE looks fine on your computer (in a video player), the problem can be in Vimeo (they re-encode/optimize all uploaded video files) or in a browser. Try to upload same video file to YouTube and compare visual quality. Also it's strange that IE gives better quality than Chrome. Check Vimeo video on another compare to compare. That's OK. Because your video file contains still images. Modern video codecs very good compress still images (and Pan/Zoom animations). Live video picture requires more high bitrate than still images.
  12. I just checked the work of PicturesToExe 8.0.21 and version 9.0 Beta on Windows XP with Avast antivirus. It always worked correctly and I successfully created EXE files. Probably you need to wait several days while Avast update antivirus databases? It can be false positive problem.
  13. Thanks for these details. I think this problem related with your antivirus software. Try to temporary disable it and create EXE file again. What antivirus installed on your computer?
  14. Thanks for the sample images. It seems that PicturesToExe doesn't support correctly JPEGs saved with Grayscale mode. We'll try to fix this issue, but probably it will take significant time. Chrome browser also doesn't display correctly Grayscale images. I recommend to use a workaround - convert your image to RGB color space before you save a JPEG file. Or use Save for Web command.
  15. Hi, Claude Dalphin wrote the user manual on French for PixBuilder Studio - a free graphics editor. PixBuilder Studio: http://www.wnsoft.com/fr/pixbuilder/ User manual on French: http://files.wnsoft.com/pixbuilder/user-guides/Manuel-pixbuilder-studio-wnsoft-FR.pdf
  16. 1. Please let me know the exact text of the error message when you create an EXE file. 2. Try to create a EXE file in a new folder on drive C:\ (e.g. C:\MyFolder ) and a short name (e.g. Show1.exe). Will it work? 3. Does it work if you choose "Create safe executable file" in the Publish menu? 4. Try again uninstall PicturesToExe 8. Then re-install it again. If the program will suggest to import settings from previous versions, please SKIP this step.
  17. Please can you publish one sample grayscale image to check?
  18. Probably you uploaded two versions - for PC and Mac? That gives 400 MB. Slideshowclub allows to upload 200 MB of a single file. Or please publish as embedded YouTube video on Slideshowclub. Thanks,
  19. Dave, Interesting idea! Thanks.
  20. Done.
  21. Hi, We're updating the server of wnsoft.com website right now. It should take 2 hours. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  22. Mark, Please try to upload only PC version of your AV show. Will it work?
  23. We'll announce the exact prices before the final version 9.0. I think it will be around $34-39 for the upgrade to the Deluxe version.
  24. We offer a free upgrade to PicturesToExe 9.0 if you purchase PicturesToExe 8.0 now. The full version, or the upgrade from previous versions to 8.0. The Deluxe edition, or the Essentials edition. Your license key will work with both versions - 8.0 and future 9.0.
