Hi, Please check your subscription settings on the forum. Probably that setting accidentally has been changed? I suggest to wait before Sunday to see if the next email will arrive. Check also spam folder in your mailbox.

Denis, Thanks for this question. PicturesToExe is not optimized to show quickly series of large images in the executable format. 0.2 or 0.3 second is not enough interval to load JPEG images (1920x1080) in time. The practical limit may vary from computer to computer. And that problem will occur on any version of Windows. For time lapse, I recommend to create MP4 video. The file will be very small due to good optimization.

Hi, Please a little patience, we're working hard to create the new version with many improvements and new features.
-
Jeff, If you remove an audio clip in the Project Options window, the following audio clips on the same track will replace that space (gap). Also in the timeline view if you hold Shift key and drag'n'drop an audio clip the following audio clips also will be moved.

Guidance for a beginner using PixBuilderStudio
Igor replied to Highland's topic in Equipment & Software
Hi, You can download and use PixBuilder Studio for free: http://www.wnsoft.com/pixbuilder/ We don't plan new commercial versions of PixBuilder Studio. Sorry. -
Hello, Please send a request to our technical support: http://www.wnsoft.com/support/

Hello Gabriel, Many thanks for your great work! We're very impressed. I'm sure that your text & video tutorials will help French users learn PicturesToExe 8. I highly recommend your tutorials to all users who want to create audiovisual shows. With gratitude,

Ron, I've updated the links.

Hi Ron, On WnSoft website: http://www.wnsoft.com/picturestoexe/help/ we had a link "Tutorials on Ronnie West Digital" which leads to http://www.ronniewestdigital.co.uk (which doesn't work now). Please can you recommend me what to do with that link? Thanks,
-
Hello Ray, Currently PicturesToExe officially supports only video up to 1920x1080. The existing version of ffmpeg codecs may work unstable with higher resolutions. Regrettably we can't do anything with this problem. I recommend to wait for the future version 9.0 which uses newest ffmpeg codecs and try it.

Hello Tonton, It's a good idea. Thanks.

Hi, Regrettably, I didn't hear about Dominique (theDom) a long time. I hope that he's OK.
-
Ray, I'm very sorry, but I can't help in this case. If you have EXE file I can try to recover a project manually.
-
Ray, Try to restore an old version of that file using Windows 7/8. See here: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/11130/restore-previous-versions-of-files-in-every-edition-of-windows-7/
-
Ray, Do you have EXE file created for the lost project?
-
MUR, Please give me the exact link to your show which you want to remove from the Slideshowclub.com.
-
Hi Jeff, I checked all settings in the IP.Downloads software which is used for Slideshowclub.com. It seems that members can't delete own files. Only administrator can't do that. Please send me a personal message with the links to your shows which you want to delete.

Hi Max, Thanks for the new purchase of PicturesToExe! Please visit this forum to learn when version 9.0 Beta is available.

Hi Ray, The screen of iPad Air is 2048x1536, aspect ratio is 4:3. However all iPad devices can play video only up to 1920x1080: "Video formats supported: H.264 video up to 1080p" http://www.apple.com/ipad-air-2/specs/ You have two variants: 1. Create 1920x1080 video (suggested by PicturesToExe by default). 2. Or create 1440x1080 video (4:3) which fills the entire screen of iPad without black strips. In Video for mobile devices window click "Show more options" button and enter custom resolution: 1440x1080.

Thanks for your responses! I'll wait for further commentaries to hear more opinions.

Hello Max, We apologize for these problems! 1. I've checked your order (2099696-001-7UC) and discovered that it was cancelled for some reason. I can't tell more details here on the forum. Please send a request to PayPro Global on this page: https://payproglobal.com/support/customer-support Once PayPro Global update a status of your order, I'll send you a new license key. 2. Regarding the problem with MP4 video output in VMWare on Mac. Regrettably we can't guarantee work of PicturesToExe in VMWare virtual PC. Usually it works correctly. Probably this problem will be solved in future version 9.0 because we use the new versions of video encoders.

Hi, While we are working on future version 9.0, I've created the experimental version 8.0.16. This version includes three changes: 1. Cover slide mode in the Project options, Defaults tab. You can assign Cover mode for main images in all slides. This option is being applied only to landscape images, portrait images stay with "Fit to slide" mode. 2. Cover slide mode is activated by default for main images in a new project (unless you modified the Blank project template). 3. Aspect ratio 16:9 is choosed by default (instead of 4:3). Dowload the test version 8.0.16 here: http://www.wnsoft.com/files/test/picturestoexe-setup.exe What you think about these improvements?

Hi, I expect the beta version this summer and the final version at the end of this year. This version will be very important with key improvements.
-
Tom, Thanks, please see my reply in that topic.

Hi Tom, Thanks for your suggestion! We're considering this solution (manual Z-sorting in keyframes) and also automatic Z-sorting. Probably we will implement both variants. We don't hurry because we're trying to find the optimal solution.
