In Project Options / Control - "Permit Control of the Show" should be TICKED - is it? In Project Options / Advanced - "Synchronize Soundtrack and Slides" should be TICKED - is it? See: http://docs.picturestoexe.com/en/project-options/control_tab and: http://docs.picturestoexe.com/en/project-options/advanced_tab DG

I did a little testing today and varying the Bitrate seemed to make no difference in my test containing images panned across slides (no video). However, varying the Frame Rate made a difference to the smoothness of the Pans. MPEG4 Video. DG

Thanks Stu, That feature is fully covered in the "Buttons" How To in the Online Help but is also available via the Keyboard F1 in an Executable. DG

Hi both, The "problem" with Peter's solution to your query and the way it answers your requirement is that it does not strictly come the heading of "Hotkey". It is a "Mouse Driven" solution - but if it works then perhaps we should make allowances for the minor difference and include it in the Hotkey section as footnote. Anyone disagree?? DG

Jim, Take a look at this article: http://docs.pictures...niques/button?s[]=hyperlink There might be an option available there "if you know in advance where you are likely to want to jump". Jumping to anywhere from anywhere else is not an option without adding a comprehensive list of Hyperlinks somewhere in the show (beginning; end) I have done that for around 100 slides but it would be quite a task for a show containing 150 - 200 or more slides. Having done it once it could be used over and over for different shows. DG

Good idea./> Done. P.S. It was already there in Main Window + O&A. DG

Jim, Valid point. I will try to add the information you require today. However, the Project Options / Control Tab article already covers this information. Jump To First Slide is the "Home" Icon on the Navigation Bar which is Customizable. If you have the "Tape Recorder" controls on Keyboard, these can also be used. http://docs.picturestoexe.com/en/hotkeys/main#in_executables It is also possible to add Opaque / Transparent Hyperlinks on all slides to provide Custom Operations. Problem with sequences linked to menu repeating
davegee replied to Jeanmills's topic in General Discussion
Does it have something to do with the original sequences having been made with the "Repeat Show until the Escape key is Pressed" Option ON?? Do the shows run OK when run individually - not linked?? DG -

Hi Jose, It is listed in the HOTKEY Page on the Online Help. There is also a mention here: http://docs.picturestoexe.com/en/objects-and-animation/keyframes DG

Jose, Will this work? Experiment on a COPY? Click on the Video in the Objects Panel. Delete the Zero Key Frame for the Video (if there is one) Press Control + E to show Shift Key Frame control. Shift by 60 seconds to the left (example). Remove 60 seconds from the Video Offset in Properties Tab (example). Remove 60 seconds from the Slide Duration (example). I have assumed that there is an OFFSET to the Video. DG

Mike, Quick solution. Make sure they have the serial number necessary? Go to the program folder and UNINSTALL. Then re-install. That should return everything to default settings. DG

Hi Den, "Dynamic" in this context means that you can vary the amount of blur between two Key Frames. You can also vary the Colour dynamically between Key Frames. Try combining Blur and Colour "Dynamically" - you never know - you might start a new trend / genre? DG

Hi Maureen, Superb show - great images - pleasant music. Great use of Full Slide Duration. Another winner! DG
