In PTE AV Studio 11 we introduced Quick Style. Using a Quick Style you can easily mute sound for a series of video clips: 1. Open the Objects and animation editor for the first slide with a video clip. In the Properties tab for a video object choose "Mute". 2. In the main menu > Slide > choose "Create Quick Style". 3. Select one or several other slides with video clips and choose "Apply Quick Style".

Hi, Thanks for sending me the ZIP archive. After unpacking I see: - "Test Zoom" folder. I couldn't open two projects from this folder, becase it doesn't include all linked files. - Another ZIP archive "balletje bekertje zoom 2 pte_Jan9-2023_13-33-50.zip" was successfully unpacked and I opened the project on our Mac Mini with Apple M1 chip. I could successfully create a MP4 video with HD quality. I used 1920 x 1080, 60p, High quality setting. And I encoded 2 versions - with and without "Hardware acceleration" option. Let me know what video settings you used on your Mac? If it possible, attach a screenshot. Try the following. Unpack the ZIP archive with a project which you've sent me, into a new folder. And then open the project. Try to encode a HD video as you did earlier. I guess that one possible reason of that problem (freezing in the middle of video encoding) - some file was located in a folder where PTE AV Studio has no rights to access a certain file(s).

If that problem doesn't contain missing images/audio files, can you send us the project file for checking? If it possible, use a command Create a backup in a ZIP from the main menu > File menu. Then upload the ZIP archive to WeTransfer.com or Google Drive, and send me a download link in a personal message through this forum. It will help us find an exact reason of the original problem with a HD video publication, and fix it.

Hi, I'd like to draw your attention on 4 new beautiful transitions included to the new version 11.0: - Two transitions based on the Displacement Map effect: Circle Waves and Dissolve with Waves (Click a Play button to watch video below) DisplacementMap.mp4 - Dissolve with Blur which includes 4 variations for Directional blur and Blur with bokeh effect NewBlur2.mp4 - Photo Flip Transitions.mp4 All these transitions available in both editions - the Pro and Standard.

I recommend to change (update) again a link to an external editor in the Preferences > System tab > Set Graphical editor I just checked how it works on my desktop computer. I chosen Pixbuilder Studio editor and it worked fine for images selected in PTE AV Studio 11.

Hi, Tell in more details, how exactly happen when you try to create a HD MP4 video? 2. Start a new project, add 10 images. Try to produce a HD video. Will it work? 3. Apply the style (which you listed above) and try to produce a HD video. Let me know about a result.

Aleina, Thanks for sending me a copy of your Styles and Transitions folder and screen recording. I could reproduce this problem now. It seems one one or several transitons provokes this issue with the storage. We'll try to fix it quickly.

I tested on our another Mac Mini with Apple Silicon and macOS Ventura 13.1. Papyrus font is installed by default (by Apple, OpenType TrueType font). PTE AV Studio 11 shown correctly a text caption with Papyrus font. If the problem still occur, send me a simple test project - only one blank slide with a text caption. And screenshot.

Mark, Please ask your friend open Fonts utility on Mac, choose Papyrus font and show details information. Send me a screenshot. Also let me know version of his macOS. Here is info for my installed Papyrus font which works correctly with V11:\

Mark, I found Papyrus (TrueType, v1.0) font for testing. It works correctly in V11 on my iMac 2015 with macOS Monterey:

Mark, I'll check this font on Mac tomorrow. I guess it should be the same with v10.5, as we didn't change work with fonts in V11.

Cannot reproduce this problem yet. Please can you give me a step by step instruction? It's important to describe in details how you do every step. For example "add logo" - what is it? It can be done in the O&A editor, or in the Project Options > Screen tab. Adding music can be done in the Project Options > Audio tab, or in the Timeline view by dragging a new audio file. If you change a transition, where you do it - in the Project Options or in the Slide Options (AB button) ?

Hi Ed, I just sent you a personal message (your license key is included). Your license key should work with the new version 11.0. I recommend to copy/paste the key (Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V) to avoid typo.

Dave, I'm sure that you found the problem. We just need to wany a way to firmly reproduce it.

In the final version 11.0, the Publish menu has a new order of commands. HD and 4K option goes the first.
