Hi Steve, Thanks for the test project. I don't hear any problems with all 3 audio clips in PTE AV Studio 10.0.14. or latest 10.5.9. Voice sounds the same in PTE AV Studio and in external audio player app. Can you check this your project on another computer to compare results? I recommend you to install the latest free update 10.5.9: https://www.wnsoft.com/en/pte-av-studio/download/

We've fixed it for next Beta 8.

In Beta 7 today we added an automatic normalization for the glyph animations in "Slide Left" and "Slide Right" presets. It means than speed of "i" and "w" letters are equal and the motion looks more natural.

Jill, Try a new Beta 7. We added a new option "Fixed time values" in the Text animation window. This option sets absolute time values for "In" and "Out" animations. Does it work as you prefer?

Hi Steve, We've download your MP3 audio file and checked with PTE AV Studio 10.5, I didn't notice any problem with a sound. It seems to be OK. Check the About window. What exact version of PTE AV Studio you use? The latest version is 10.5.9.

Hi, Intel Xe Graphics offers a basic performance, especially for high resolution screens (QuadHD or 4K). Some heavy effects in PTE AV Studio may show reduced frame rate, not so smooth playback in a fullscreen preview or EXE shows. I recommend to consider any modern NVIDIA graphics, which works in 2-3 times faster than Intel.

Hi Jose, Excuse me for the late response due to my vacation previous week. I recommend to try version 10.5.9, as we could this this problem in one of previous updates. You can install a this version into a separate folder and untick an option "Associate .pte files with PTE AV Studio". Also skip import of settings on first run. Now you'll have a second version of PTE AV Studio and you main version 10.0.11 won't be affected. Check version 10.5.9 with your project to see if this problem if solved. Let me know about a result.
