Denis, I reproduced this problem in PTE 10. Probably a large file size cause this problem (200 MB). We'll check the code today. This pack is not intended for PTE 9.

Hi Paul, Did you try to produce a video with a preset 3840 x 2160, High quality, 60p? This file should be supported by your 4K TV. Choosing High quality option or "Quality" mode as 100% (in the Custom preset) should give better visual results than setting a fixed bitrate mode. With "Quality" mode the encoder better and smarter uses video bitrate for different kinds of scenes. Also in Quality mode, the encoder will not exceed 60 mbit bitrate for better compatibility with a wide range of 4K TVs.

Denis, We checked, this behaviour was implemented intentionally many years ago. When any slide or slides are deleted, the time position in the Mini Player (or in the Timeline view) is not being changed. However I see that selected slide doesn't reflect time position in the mini player. We need to think how to correctly fix it, because it may affect to many situations in the Slide list and timeline.

Border option is not available for animated images. Same in previous PicturesToExe 9. Probably we'll add this possibility in future version(s).

Hi Lowell, I recommend to uninstall PTE AV Studio, download the latest version 10.0.7: https://www.wnsoft.com/en/pte-av-studio/download/ and then install PTE AV Studio again. The program will be started with all Pro features. Also I recommend to update drivers for your graphics card, check Windows Update centre, or update drivers manually. If it doesn't help, browse the main menu > Settings > Preferences. Select System tab. And tick the option "Alternate renderer...". Click OK button and restart PTE AV Studio. It may help.

We plan to improve applying of slide styles in future version 11.0. This feature has my personal priority.

Probably you have a Beta version, not a final version. Denis, I can't reproduce it. Can you give me a step by step instruction? For example, I open the Sample project (main menu > Help > Open Sample Project). Select 3rd slide. Press Del key. Preview is corect.

Hi Ian, If you open same MP3 audio file in Windows Media player and PTE AV Studio do you hear same sound volume? Check also playback in the Project Options > Audio tab. There is a small player on the right panel (play/stop buttons). I check all my audio files - sound volume is same in any software player and in PTE AV Studio. Can you compare with another audio editor? For example, in Audacity. Note, that a top part of an audio clip rectangle in the timeline view is reserved for a caption of a file name. So the effective visual height for an audio waveform is about 75% Open the Sample Project from the main menu > Help menu. Music1.mp3 audio clip on the 1st track shows a waveforms with audio peaks up to 100% or so.
