  1. Barry, We had many years a mid-level video card (very cheap), ATI Radeon 9600 which was purchased almost 12 years ago. It already had 128 MB of video memory. And it still can work with PicturesToExe 8.0.
  2. Hi Barry, If I understood rightly, that user can see only a black screen? This problem may happen under Windows XP with a very old video card (64 MB of video memory), manufactured 10-12 years ago. In System requirements for PicturesToExe we ask 128 MB or more. Already many years video cards offer at least 512 MB, 1 GB or even 2 GB of video memory.
  3. We very apologize for this problem with Slideshowclub! I informed web hosting company 3 days ago and the server sill doesn't work. Probably I have to change the company. Please don't worry, we have full backup of all files.
  4. Hello Trevor, I very apologize for this problem! I checked your order, it's OK. And the license key was sent you by PayPro Global (they process orders for PicturesToExe). I also found your support ticket with our reply (same day). It's really strange that 2 emails from different servers (WnSoft and PayPro Global) didn't arrive to you. I'm sorry about this! Usually in case of a problem with missing email we ask users to check spam folder. But as you wrote you already did it. Please let me know what I can do for you now.
  5. Done. Please don't forget that Yachtsman1 is your login name now.
  6. Avator photos are square now.
  7. Hi, 1. I'll try to remove the circle avatar images. 2. Earlier there are two names for a member - a login name and a display name. In the new version of Invision forum software we have only login name. But I think you can change it in your profile on the forum. Or I can do it on your request. P.S. I'll move this topic to Forum & Website section later.
  8. Hi, We will add these links soon. Sorry for this problem.
  9. Hi, Updating of the forum will take additional 10-15 hours. Please wait a little. Links should work correctly then.
  10. MUR, the forum software is performing updating of all posts in the background. Please wait 10-20 hours.
  11. Hi, The forum was upgraded to the latest version.
  12. Hi, Yes, we plan to add a new skin (dark) in one of future versions. Currently we're preparing the controls of the interface for this improvement.
  13. The forum software will be upgraded to new version today. Also it will take some time to add or set some parameters of the forum.
  14. Hi, We'll upgrade the forum software (Invision Power Board) to the latest version. I apologize for possible delays with access to the WnSoft forum. This upgrade is important to get all latest security patches.
  15. Jeff, In all existing versions of PicturesToExe this option works only for Circle transition effect, as described in the name of this option: "Centre of Circle Effect". In future version 9.0 we reworked this option and now it's available for Diamond and Square shapes.
  16. Dave, Thanks for the confirmation.
  17. Hello, I apologize for this problem! I was in 2 days trip. I've sent request to our webhoster to solve this issue. I think there is no Internet connection with VPS server.
  18. Hello Manuel, I apologize for the problem with Slideshowclub! I've sent your new password by personal message. And I'll check up work of email notifications on Slideshowclub on Monday. In theory it should work, because I receive email notifications for new presentations. Did you check a spam folder in your mail program?
  19. I think we can wait until v9.0 is ready and then we can do the upgrade.
  20. jt, It seems to be a bug in the forum software (Invision Power Board). There is a completely new version 4.0.x of IPB. I can upgrade the forum software to this new version. However the design of v4.0 looks completely different: https://community.invisionpower.com/ Will all users accept it?
  21. Dave, Lin, Many thanks! Exactly that I asked to see.
  22. Thanks, I agree. I'll check up more closely this problem to find the solution for all causes.
  23. ffoto, I very rarely hear about similar problem. I suppose that some system application changes EXE files created in PicturesToExe on your computer. EXE files become corrupted. I recommend you to uninstall your current antivirus software to see if it helps.
  24. Barry, I regret about the problem with that laptop which you described above. If it possible, please check the Task Manager in Windows to make sure that Powerpoint process is not working in the background and CPU loading is around 0..5%. jt, PicturesToExe presentations don't modify any system settings and should not affect to other 3D applications after closing. If you don't see PicturesToExe presentations in the list of running processes, PicturesToExe can't affect to other 3D applications. I have only one possible explanation - graphical drivers work incorrectly. Even Windows sometimes has this problem. I often observe the following problem - scrolling in Chrome browser works very jerky - I press Win + Tab hotkey to open list of applications and then Chrome starts to work fast and smooth. No idea what it was and why it helped.
  25. Hi, Does anybody tried to create a rotating cube with Pan/Zoom animation on sides/faces of a cube? I suppose it necessary to use 6 square Mask objects and place animated images inside Mask containers. It's would be interesting to see the result.
