Hi Danna, Yes, I see the problem in PTE 9. Such problem occurs very rarely with MP3 audio files in PTE. Maybe one report per year. I'm not sure, it's broken MP3 or audio decoder can't decode it correctly. I checked the file in PTE 10 and everything was OK. In the latest version we fully replaced all audio and video decoders. Probably the new decoder has better compatibility with certain audio files? If you recorded this MP3 file, can you change any parameters for encoding? If not, try to simply re-encode the MP3 in any audio editor, for example, in Audacity. It should help. Also I recommend to increase bitrate value from 128 kbps to 256 kbps for better audio quality.

Hi, Probably slide styles will allow keep existing slide duration and transition in future version. I remember about this request. And I agree that it's important.

Tom, In future update 10.0.5 we'll increase this limit by 2x times. You can try a new test version now: https://files.wnsoft.com/test/pteavstudio-setup.exe In theory, PTE can load all this GIF at once, but it will consume about 1 GB of memory. Because PTE was not optimized to load large Animated GIFs. These images are being converted to 32-bit pixel format (RGBA) and all frames are loaded at once for fast playback.

That's OK to see different opinion here. My video is intended for new users who already interested in PTE. There will be a new Promo video (around 5 minutes) to convience new potential users choose PTE 10.

I increased file limit from 3 Mb to 8 Mb. The limit is necessary to keep reasonable size of the forum files and perform backups.

Paul, We can add a command to delete all custom transitions in a group, if a root item is selected.

Hi Ron, Welcome! I hope that you'll find useful PTE AV Studio 10. Regarding pricing. I hate software subscriptions and we don't want make unhappy our customers. I can't predict future and situation with sales, but we'll avoid any subscriptions for PTE as possible. Next version 11.0 will be firmly for a fixed price as usually, I promise PTE users can help us survive by purchasing every upgrade which we release every 2 years for affordable price

Hi, Please tell me, why you want to keep old PTE 9? PTE 10 can open correctly all projects saved in old version 9.0. If you don't use slide styles, format of .pte project file absolutely identical for versions 9.0 and 10.0. Any project created in PTE 10 can be opened in PTE 9, and ad versa.
